\nPokerStrategy:<\/b> Hogyan találtál rá az oldalunkra, miként kerültél ebbe a munkakörbe?\n<\/p>

\nDspider:<\/b> A Pokerstrategy nevet korábbról ismerem, ami nagyrészt a PartyPokernek köszönhető. Úgy mondanám, hogy a pozíciót nem én találtam, hanem a pozíció talált meg engem. Egy, a hasonló iparágba toborzó cég egyik munkatársa keresett meg azzal, hogy érdekelne-e ez a lehetőség. Igent mondtam, majd az interjúk után a PS úgy gondolta, hogy megfelelek a feladatra (megpróbálok minden elkövetni hogy ez így is legyen, bár a neheze még hátra van). \n<\/p>

\nVolt már hasonló álláskörben tapasztalatod? Milyen pozíciókban tevékenykedtél korábban?\n<\/p>

\nDspider:<\/b> Igen. A pókerben\/sportfogadásban lassan 4 éve dolgozom papíron, így a póker is komoly szerepet tölt be mindennapjaimban. Legutóbb a PartyGamingnek dolgoztam, ahol a PartyPoker magyar oldalának lokalizálásáért voltam a felelős, és többek között a weboldal fordítása, a pénzügyi rendszer, a játék kliens tesztelése is a feladataim közé tartozott.  A fórum azonban egy teljesen új terület a számomra. Izgatottan várom, hogy megismerkedjek a tagokkal, illetve a fórum működésével.\n<\/p>

\nAz adminisztrátori munka gibraltári székhelyünkön zajlik. Mennyiben okozott számodra nehézséget a korábbi otthonod elhagyása? \n<\/p>

\nTermészetesen nem volt könnyű a barátoktól, ismerősöktől, munkatársaktól elválni, de az „otthon elhagyása\" az én esetemben kicsit mást jelent, mivel Gibraltár az ötödik ország (ha Gibraltárt nevezhetjük országnak) öt éven belül, ahol „letelepszem\". Szerencsére a korábbi munkahelyek és a kalandvágy lehetővé tették ezt a mobilitást. \n<\/p>

\nPokerStrategy:<\/b>
\nMilyen élményeket szereztél eddig az új lakhelyeden? Milyen az élet Gibraltáron?\n<\/p>

\nDspider:<\/b> 
\nKevesebb, mint egy hónapja érkeztem, rengeteg új hatás ért, azonban mondhatom azt, hogy Gibraltár olyan, mintha Angliából kiszakítottak volna egy darabot, és az egészet áthelyezték volna egy mediterrán környezetbe. Persze nem szabad elfelejteni a Spanyolország és az Afrika által gyakorolt hatást, így az emberek hevesebb vérmérséklettel rendelkeznek, viszont nem sietnek el semmit. \ud83d\ude42
\nA lakosság teljesen nemzetközi, az oroszoktól a portugálokig, a skótoktól a marokkóiakig találkozhatunk mindenféle emberrel. \n<\/p>

\nÚj munkakörnyezet, új munkatársak, új ország... Könnyen alkalmazkodsz a változásokhoz?\n<\/p>

\nDspider:<\/b>
\nIgen. A fentebb említett okok miatt könnyen\/könnyebben alkalmazkodom az új dolgokhoz, de a munkatársak is nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek, legyen bármiről is szó.\n<\/p>

\nPokerStrategy:<\/b>
\nPontosan milyen feladatkörökkel fog járni az adminisztrátori munkakör?\n<\/p>

\nDspider:<\/b>
\nAz adminisztrátori munkakör feladati közé fog tartozni a moderátorokkal, edzőkkel, kézelemzőkkel, fordítókkal való együttműködés, az oktatási anyagok minőségi ellenőrzése, cikkek írása, segítségnyújtás a VIP tagoknak, videók szerkesztése, stb.\n<\/p>

\nPokerStrategy:<\/b>
\nMilyen előzetes elvárásokkal tekintesz az előtted álló időszak elé?\n<\/p>

\nDspider:<\/b> 
\nIzgatott vagyok, remélem a közösség elfogad és segítségére lehetek ennek a már jól működő magyar oldalnak.\n<\/p>

\nNéhány napja már ismerkedsz a PokerStrategy.com oldalával, és - még csak passzív megfigyelőként - a magyar fórumos közösséggel. Milyen tapasztalatokat szereztél eddig?<\/p>

\nDspider:<\/b>
\nValóban, még csak passzív megfigyelője vagyok az oldalnak és a fórum működésének, azonban a benyomásaim eddig teljesen pozitívak. Jó látni, hogy sok olyan magyar játékos van, akit ennyire érdekel a póker, szívesen tanulnak és osztják meg egymás közt az eddig megszerzett tapasztalatokat, illetve segítik egymást a fejlődésben.\n<\/p>

\nPokerStrategy:<\/b>
\nAz elején nehéz ilyen jellegű kérdésre válaszolni, mégis megkérdezem: vannak-e konkrét rövid- és hosszútávú terveid, elképzeléseid a magyar oldallal kapcsolatosan?\n<\/p>

\nDspider:<\/b> Terveim között szerepel az oldalunkhoz csatlakozó játékosok számának növelése, illetve az, hogy minél több aktív tag vegyen részt a fórumon. További terveket majd a jövőben fogok (fogunk kisikével közösen) kialakítani, miután a közösség és az egész oldal működését, felépítését jobban megismertem.\n<\/p>

\nMilyen kapcsolatod volt a pókerrel a munkakör betöltése előtt?\n<\/p>

\nDspider:<\/b> Dolgoztam a Paradise Pokernek és a korábban említett PartyPokernek is, illetve aktívan játszom. Leginkább a SNG-k és az NL Hold'em ahol otthon érzem magam, de az elmúlt időben a költözködés, az új munkahely miatt nem sok időm jutott a játékra.\n<\/p>

\nPókeres szempontból kiemelten szakmai környezetben munkálkodhatsz, tervezed az elméleti és gyakorlati tudásod aktívabb fejlesztését a jövőben?\n<\/p>

\nDspider:<\/b> Természetesen. Ez egy tökéletes környezet ahhoz, hogy az ember tájékozódjon mindenről ami póker, továbbfejlessze a tudását és minél több tapasztalatot szerezzen ezen a téren. Minden cikk nagy segítséget nyújt a fejlődésben, rengeteget lehet tanulni belőlük, bár meg kell jegyeznem azt is, hogy ha akarnám sem tudnám ezt kikerülni.:-)\n<\/p>

\nMilyen Dániel a hétköznapi életben? Hogyan kapcsolódsz ki? Mi a hobbid?\n<\/p>

\nDspider:<\/b> Próbálom minden szabadidőmet okosan felhasználni, ritkán fordul elő, hogy unatkozom.\n<\/p>

\nA három legfontosabb dolog amivel imádom lekötni magam, az a fotózás, foci és a főzés, de most kezdtem el a spanyolt is tanulni, dél-spanyolországban nagyon kevesen beszélnek angolul vagy bármilyen más idegen nyelven, ezért nem baj ha az ember tud néhány szót. Nagyon régi vágyam továbbá, hogy a kite surf is az egyik hobbim legyen, amire itt nagy valószínűséggel sort lehet majd keríteni.\n<\/p>
