Daniel Negreanu a Team America csapatkapitánya a 11szeres WSOP karkötő-tulajdonos Phil \"Caesar<\/i>\" Hellmuth-ot és a 2008-as WSOPE Main Event bajnokát, John Juanda-t választotta be legutoljára a csapatba. Hellmuth és Juanda nemsokára Phil Ivey csapattársa lesz, akit Negreanu már a múlt hónapban elsőként beválasztott.<\/p>

A WPT VII. évadja után Player of The Year címmel kitüntetett Bertrand \"ElkY<\/i>\" Grospellier és a WSOP karkötő-tulajdonos Dario Minieri pedig a Team Europe legújabb szerzeményei. Anette Obrestad a 2008-as WSOP Main Event győztes Peter Eastgate mellé válogatta be őket a csapatba.<\/p>

Szeptember 26-án eldől, hogy az Atlanti Óceán melyik partján teremnek a jobb pókerjátékosok, de persze előtte minden csapatnak még négy további játékosra is szüksége lesz. A Team Europe egy szabad helyet tart fenn a Betfair Poker Race ranglista győztesének.<\/p>
