\nUn cittadino che vuol darsi ai giochi tipici dei

\nFino ad oggi infatti <\/span><\/strong>il gioco d’azzardo non è legalizzato in
\nGiappone<\/strong>, e un cittadino che ha voglia di farsi un giro di roulette o una
\npartita di blackjack deve recarsi in una delle innumerevoli bische clsndestine
\nesistenti sul territorio nazionale o espatriare per recarsi a Macao, la Las Vegas dell’Estremo
\noriente, i cui introiti da giochi casino hanno superato già nel 2006 quelli di
\nLas Vegas stessa.<\/span>\n<\/p>

\n\"\"L’attività più simile a giochi casino che si
\npuò trovare in Giappone sono le scommesse sportive<\/em>, le lotterie e il pachinko<\/em>.
\nIl pachinko è praticato in sale simili a casinò, anche se solitamente in una
\nsala c'è un numero ristretto di macchine, che possono sembrare, a primo
\nimpatto, una fusione tra una slot machine e un flipper. Il giocatore ha bisogno
\ndi comprare al bancone molte piccole sfere d'acciaio, che verranno in seguito
\ngiocate nella macchina. Nelle macchine più antiche il giocatore lanciava le
\nsfere attraverso una leva a molla, ma nelle macchine più moderne la sferetta
\nviene lanciata attraverso una valvola a farfalla. In seguito la sfera può
\nricadere in diversi punti, la maggior parte delle volte cade nella macchina e
\nviene persa.

\nMa se la sfera cade in determinati punti, l'esito del lancio sarà
\npositivo e si vinceranno quindi altre sfere. Quando il giocatore ha terminato
\nandrà al bancone per cambiare nuovamente le sferette in soldi, e in base alla
\nquantità con cui le sfere sono aumentate o diminuite il giocatore avrà
\nguadagnato o avrà perso soldi. Per legge le sfere non possono essere cambiate
\nin contanti all'interno delle sale in cui vengono distribuite, per cui
\nall'interno delle sale vengono cambiate con delle fiches che possono essere
\nconvertite in denaro all'esterno del locale stesso presso appositi sportelli.<\/span>\n<\/p>

\nDietro al pachinko<\/em> però, come in molti ambiti
\nin cui girano ingenti quantità di denaro, si nasconde la triste ombra della
\ncriminalità organizzata, in questo caso della Yakuza. Sembra ci siano anche
\nstati alcuni collegamenti con il governo della Corea del Nord, con degli
\nspostamenti di denaro dal Giappone a Pyongyang e viceversa.<\/span>\n<\/p>

\nCon questa proposta di legge il governo
\ngiapponese tenta dunque <\/span>di far fronte a
\nvari problemi. Prima di tutto la legalizazzione dei giochi casino in casinò
\nveri metterebbe fine ai viaggi a Macao<\/strong> e terrebbe i cittadini giapponesi a casa
\ne anche i loro soldi. Secondariamente potrebbe risolvere il problema delle
\nbische clandestine, visto che non ci sarebbe più bisogno di recarvisi vista la
