Molte le misure adottate che lavorano per far emergere l’anti-sommerso e che potrebbero trovare luogo nel pacchetto di interventi di “manutenzione” della rete del gaming italiano. <\/p>

Si discute su 5 bandi di gara: 200 licenze per l’online da 350mila euro, già introdotte con la Comunitaria 2008,  gara per i giochi al consumo, le lotterie che verranno acquistate anche nei supermercati, gara per ampliare la rete fisica di raccolta delle scommesse di 2000 nuovi diritti per negozi, gara per il rinnovo e ampliamento delle concessioni NewSlot, ultimo il poker live con altre nuove possibilità.<\/p>

Il Sole24Ore, informa che si tratta di un pacchetto molto articolato, con il quale il governo cerca di recuperare ulteriori soldi  fino a quasi un miliardo, per portare risorse da inserire nella Legge di Stabilità in discussione in questi giorni alla Camera.<\/p>

Dal punto di vista legale, la situazione dei giochi, sia on line e dal vivo diventa meno facile. Ora evadere le imposte sui giochi sarà reato penale e chi non pagherà il Preu ( prelievo erariale unico) allo Stato, rischierà la prigione.<\/p>

I Monopoli e la Guardia di Finanza,attraverso questa manovra, otterranno i pieni poteri per fare accertamenti.  Per una maggiore legalità del gioco stesso e contro l’evasione fiscale, questi organi non si limiteranno alla ricerca del Preu non pagato al fisco, ma lavoreranno anche sul recupero delle maggiori imposte dirette e indirette.<\/p>

L’Associazione Contribuenti.it, la  quale monitora costantemente nel nostro Paese il fenomeno del gioco d’azzardo, anche attraverso lo Sportello Antiusura, sostiene che l’Erario si preoccupi più di fare cassa che di sensibilizzare sulle tematiche di dipendenza da gioco. L’Italia ha il primato, in Europa, per la maggior cifra giocata  al tavolo, una media quasi 1.900 euro che vengono sottratti,  sempre per questa associazione, all’economia reale.<\/p>

Bisogna però aggiungere che per  quelle 1.900 euro sottratte ai consumi, vi  è un ampio giro di affari e vincite che vanno ad incrementare  l’economia. Noi come sempre abbiamo fatto, vogliamo dibattere sul rischio che si incorre in ogni forma di gioco a soldi e lavorare affinché anche l’informazione si faccia veicolo di una modalità più cosciente di gioco.<\/p>
