Sebastian Homann (foto a destra) ha iniziato il tavolo finale del WPT Marrakesh Main Event con un leggero vantaggio sul PokerStrategista ace0ntheriver, mentre Guilliame Cescut era terzo con parecchie chips meno dei due giocatori tedeschi.<\/p>

Le cose però alla fine non sono andate come i due chip leader si aspettavano. Mentre AceOnTheRiver<\/em> ha avuto vita dura durante il Day 3, Homann continuava a essere in ottima forma, avendo preso il controllo di circa il 75% delle chips in gioco quando Ace0nTheRiver<\/em> è uscito di scena con in tasca €36.220.<\/p>

Cescut rende la vita difficile a Homann<\/h2>

Qualche ora più tardi, si sono scontrati Homann e Cescut, e il tedesco ha iniziato l'heads-up con un vantaggio di circa 2 a 1. Cescut è riuscito a andare in testa a metà partita, ma poi le cose sono tornate a favore di Homann dopo la mano chiave del match.<\/p>

Homann ha effettuato una 3bet a 350.000 (25.000\/50.000 blind) preflop e Cescut ha chiamato. Con un board di \"Jc\"\"4d\"\"4h\"\"Qs\"\"8d\", Homann ha puntato  tutte le street andando all-in al river, mentre Cescut ha continuato a chiamare sempre. Cescut ha dovuto fare muck quando ha visto il \"Ks\"\"Qd\" di Homann.<\/p>

Poi, Cescut con solo 200.00 chips restanti, seppur presagendo l'eliminazione, è riuscito comunque a recuperare fino a 1.7 milioni. Ma Homann non era certo disposto a farsi soffiare di nuovo il suo vantaggio e 15 minuti dopo la mano sopracitatata,  Homann ha eliminato il suo ultimo avversario vincendo il titolo WPT e €244.508.<\/p>
