A causa ella sua indole calma  della sua umiltà, Juanda non riceve spesso tutta la considerazione che merita come giocatore.<\/p>

Juanda è detentore di cinque braccialetti, e ha vinto il tanto agognato titolo del WSOP Europe Main Event nel 2008 incassando un premio di 1.5 milioni di dollari. E' quinto nella lista Poker All Time Money con 11.774.485$ in vincite di tornei live. <\/p>

Altri notevoli successi di Juanda sono il secondo posto al 2010 EPT Londra, e il quarto al $50.000 Players Championship 8 Game Event alle 2010 WSOP.<\/p>

Juanda iè anche un bravo giocatore di cash game, spesso presente ai tavoli di Poker After Dark e al \"Big Game\" al Bellagio. Insieme a personaggi del calibro di Phil Ivey e Tom Dwan, Juanda si è spostato a Macau lo scorso novembre per giocare ai games degli high stakes contro i potenti uomini d'affari cinesi.<\/p>

Contro Phil Hellmuth per il 5° braccialetto WSOP<\/h2>

Juanda ha battuto la leggenda delle WSOP Phil Hellmuth (in Inglese)<\/a> al 10.000$ 2-7 Lowball Championship qualche giorno fa incassando il primo premio da 367.170$. Il pro Daniel Negreanu, senza peli sulla lingua ha subito fatto i complimenti a Juanda su Twitter \"Juanda è il miglior giocatore di 2-7 in assoluto con cui abbia mai giocato, soprattutto ai tornei. Fa degli ottimi read.\"<\/p>

Il secondo classificato Hellmuth ha semplicementeribattuto dicendo \"Sei assolutamente pauroso!\"<\/p>

Noto per la sua calma e la sua umiltà, Juanda è un gentleman sia fuori sia dentro ai tavoli. Dopo aver vinto il suo quinto braccialetto,  Juanda ha detto con la sua solita modestia \"Se avesse avuto lui le carte che sono arrivate a me, ci sarebbe lui ora a fare quest'intervista al mio posto.\"<\/p>
