Questa revoca segue alla precedente sospensione delle licenze in data 29 giugno 2011.<\/p><p>Durante l'udienza tenutasi per sei giorni a Londra, &egrave; emerso come FTP abbia sostanzialmente sviato l'AGCC riguardo l'integrit&agrave; del proprio operato riportando come liquidit&agrave; disponibile bilanci che erano stati confiscati o congelati dalle autorit&agrave; statunitensi o che erano in altro modo comunque non accessibili dall'operatore. Le gravi infrazioni alle regole AGCC includono falsi resoconti, fornitura di credito non autorizzata e mancata relazione di eventi materiali.<\/p><p>Al principio dei procedimenti, il 26 luglio, l'AGCC espresse chiaramente la preferenza per un'udienza pubblica, a beneficio di giocatori e mezzi d'informazione. Tuttavia, la corte &egrave; stata persuasa a tenere il procedimento a porte chiuse sulla base delle affermazioni di FTP, secondo cui ci&ograve; avrebbe ottimizzato la possibilit&agrave; di un salvataggio commerciale a vantaggio dei giocatori.
