Oggi vi presentiamo una versione aggiornata che vi fornir&agrave; in dettaglio l'attuale situazione in Europa.&nbsp; <\/p><p>Molte nazioni europee hanno gi&agrave; introdotto alcune regolamentazioni che affrontano il poker e altri tipi di gioco online. Nazioni come la Spagna e la Danimarca, invece, hanno solo di recente introdotto delle regole a riguardo, mentre altre come la Bulgaria e l'Ungheria sono ancora sedute al tavolo delle trattative.<\/p><p>Il nostro report mette in evidenza <span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"it\"><span class=\"hps\">quei paesi in cui<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">uno<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">o una serie di<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">atti legislativi dell'Unione Europea<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">non sono stati<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">seguiti<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">dai governi nazionali.<\/span><\/span> Questi sono contrassegnati nel report come <em>Regolati (non conformi alle norme EU)<\/em>. Nel complesso, le <strong>regolamentazioni negli nove dei diciannove paesi<\/strong> elencati sono considerate non conformi con le leggi dell'Unione Europea, evidenziando le difficolt&agrave; incontrate dai governi. <\/p><p><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"it\"><span class=\"hps\">In genere<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span class=\"hps alt-edited\">quando una o<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">pi&ugrave; leggi<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">dell'UE vengono<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">violate,<\/span> <strong><span class=\"hps\">gli operatori<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">online non<\/span><\/strong><\/span><strong> bloccano i loro servizi<\/strong> da una nazione in particolare ma li mantengono e presentano una denuncia alla Commissione Europea. <\/p><p>Ieri (27 Giugno 2012) <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.egba.eu\/en\/press\/606\/European%20-%20Gaming%20-%20and%20-%20Betting%20-%20Association%20-%20%28EGBA%29%20-%20sets%20-%20out%20-%20its%20-%20expectations%20-%20of%20-%20the%20-%20Commission%E2%80%99s%20-%20upcoming%20-%20Communication%20-%20on%20-%20online%20-%20gambling\/\">l'European Gaming and Betting Association (EGBA)<\/a> ha esposto le proprie previsioni ni confronti della Commissione Europea per quanto riguarda la regolamentazione e la tassazione del gioco online in Europa:<\/p><p><em>&ldquo;La domanda europea per i servizi di gioco online continua a crescere. Se non esiste un quadro giuridico che permetta al mercato di accogliere prodotti popolari, ci si pu&ograve; aspettare che gli utenti si rivolgano a operatori senza licenza e quindi non regolati, con tutti i rischi che ne conseguono.
