La stagione 9 dello European Poker Tour <\/strong>parte in grande stile dalla splendida città di Barcellona<\/strong> facendo registrare numeri da record. Infatti, fra Day 1a e Day 1b, il Gran Casino di Barcellona è stato preso d'assalto da ben 1.073 players che hanno pagato un buy-in di €5.000+€300 generando un prizepool di €5.247.700. <\/p>

Il montepremi verrà ripartito tra le prime 160 posizioni a partire da €8.400 fino ad arrivare all'incredibile cifra di €1.007.550 <\/strong>spettante al vincitore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il Day 1a ha visto 403 giocatori impegnati ai tavoli per guadagnarsi l'accesso al Day 2, fra i quali spiccavano i nomi di John Juanda<\/strong>, Fernando Brito<\/strong>, Juha Helppi<\/strong>, Leo Margets<\/strong>, Pius Heinz<\/strong> vincitore del Main Event WSOP 2011 ed il nostro connazionale Mauro Canavese<\/strong>, tutti promossi alla seconda giornata.<\/p>

Mentre fra i giocatori che non sono riusciti a superare le insidie del primo turno troviamo: Filippo Candio<\/strong>, Scott Seiver<\/strong>, Liv Boeree<\/strong> <\/strong>, Marco Della Tommasina<\/strong>, Sorel Mizzi<\/strong> e Ben Wilinofski<\/strong>.<\/p>

Al termine dei consueti 8 livelli di gioco saranno in 222 i players che riprenderanno il gioco al Day 2 guidati dal finlandese Aku Joentausta<\/strong>, chipleader di giornata con uno stack di 236.200 chips.<\/p>

Il Day 1b ha visto un vero e proprio assalto da parte dei 670 players che hanno affollato la sala del Gran Casino di Barcellona. La bellissima modella e giocatrice ungherese di 25 anni Krisztina Polgar<\/strong>, volto conoscituo del PPT, si imbarca in una nuova avventura come intervistatrice all'EPT.<\/p>
