Alla fine l'heads-up del primo evento degli Aussie Millions, il tradizionale $1.100 No Limit Hold'em, sembrava un torneo privato di PokerStrategy.com.<\/p>

Già, perché fin quando c'era ancora in gioco il player locale Fabian Craib era buona norma essere scaramantici, ma quando sono rimasti soltanto il nostro coach Rupert ruperte Elder <\/strong>e il Black Member Martin<\/strong> 0piggybank Finger<\/strong> non c'erano più dubbi sull'ennesimo successo Strategista.<\/p>

Una vittoria da $410.000, tra i 250.000 del vincitore e i 160.000 del runner-up, ottenuta al termine di un evento da record che ha registrato 708 iscrizioni e oltre 1.300 buy-in per un montepremi totale di $1.338.999.<\/p>

Insomma, ancora non siamo a fine gennaio e già il 2013 registra risultati di tutto rispetto per i membri della nostra community, tra il doppio ITM di Reinkemeier e Schemion all'high-roller del PokerStars Caribbean Adventure e questo esordio trionfale dall'altra parte dell'oceano.<\/p>

Sarà che quando il gatto non c'è i topi ballano, ma il fatto che Blom e Galfond stiano tirando il fiato ha permesso a un po' di giocatori di tornare alla ribalta negli highstakes.<\/p>\n

La cosa, però, non vale per Patrik Antonius<\/strong> che, tornato, dopo un paio di mesi di stop, ha ricominciato male andando sotto di $323.588: il player finlandese in un paio di giorni si è portato a un passo dalla Top Five dei perdenti, l'unica che ha subito variazioni, con Dwan suo malgrado sul podio e l'ingresso di un'altra novità, ovvero Johnbest<\/strong>. Si rivede anche Jared Blezniack<\/strong>, che chiude a -$165.768.<\/p>\n

Il migliore di giornata, invece, è Poker_Ka_Mi<\/strong> che, con $409.867, precede di gran lunga Ronny Kaiser<\/strong> e Alexandre Luneau<\/strong>, entrambi saldamente oltre i centomila dollari assieme al collega tedesco davin77.<\/p>\n

Sarà la questione del gatto e del topo... ma quando mancano certi big inevitabilmente c'è un po' di pepe in meno... <\/p>\n

A rinforzare la teoria di tanti addetti ai lavori c'è, infatti, uno studio condotto dalla nostra poker room partner NetBet Poker.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In sintesi qualche numero: le stime per il 2013 prevedono una crescita delle giocate intorno al 7%, andando a sfondare la soglia dei 20 miliardi di euro rispetto ai 19 del 2012, e di questi oltre il 20% potrebbero provenire da mani giocate via tablet o smartphone.<\/p>\n

Facendo due calcoli, si tratta di ben 4 miliardi di euro, che includono sia i tornei che gli eventi cash, per un mercato che si conferma in crescita e ben presto, con l'ulteriore diffusione di dispositivi mobili sempre più user-friendly, potrebbe definitivamente abbattere le poche barriere tecnologiche che ancora ci sono e convincere tutti gli operatori a puntarci su in maniera decisa.<\/p>\n

In questa occasione il player canadese ha dato un indizio checkando il turn ma, al river, ha dato una dimostrazione di forza estrema rilanciando sulla puntata dell'avversario.<\/p>\n
