Vacanze africane per Michael Mizrachi<\/strong>. 
Il grande campione statunitense, mentre tutto il mondo del poker in questi giorni si divideva tra l'EPT di Deauville e i tornei del circuito americano, ha fatto una scelta controcorrente andando addirittura a giocare in Africa.<\/p>

Da oggi, infatti, è in programma la tappa sudafricana del WSOP Circuit<\/strong>, circuito parallelo delle World Series che va continuamente ad espandersi fino a toccare il continente nero col progetto, chissà, di assegnare un giorno braccialetti in ogni continente.<\/p>

All'Emerald Casinò di Vanderbijlpark si è cominciato a giocare già da due giorni e sono stati svolti i due eventi di apertura Hold'em e un evento Six-handed che terminerà oggi, proprio nel giorno in cui inizia il Main Event, evento dal rispettabile buy-in di $3.300 e da quattro giorni, che vedrà tra i protagonisti anche \"The Grinder\".<\/p>

L'evento vedrà al tavolo il gotha del poker sudafricano, negli ultimi anni salito di livello e risultati, al punto da togliersi soddisfazioni come il tavolo finale centrato da Raymond Rahmer<\/strong> al Main delle WSOP 2007 e quello di Darren Kramer<\/strong> all'EPT di Berlino 2011.<\/p>

Possibile, inoltre, che Mizrachi in caso di eliminazione si trattenga per giocare l'evento high roller da $10.000, che dovrebbe assicurare un bel montepremi.<\/p>

I due highstakers si sono incontrati ai tavoli nuovamente, continuando nella loro sfida personale da un milione di dollari (stanotte vinceva Cao) e il Bell'Antonius ha pareggiato i conti portando a casa $144.509.<\/p>\n

I numeri più alti, però, dal lato dei vincenti li registra punting-peddler<\/strong>, che ormai ha appianato il passivo. Dal lato dei perdenti, però, ci sono i nomi più clamorosi: Phil \"Polarizing\" Ivey<\/strong> lascia sul tappeto verde $453.378 ma, soprattutto, si rivede Ilari \"Ilari FIN\" Sahamies<\/strong>, che sgancia $218.271 agli avversari come regalo inaugurale dopo qualche giorno di \"rodaggio\". In totale il finlandese è sotto di oltre centomila dollari: niente di catastrofico, ma neanche da farci i salti di gioia<\/p>\n

Classifiche generali, solo due variazioni: Kostritsyn supera Galfond tra i vincenti e si riprende il podio, mentre esce dalla Top Five dei Losers Tom Dwan, superato da DealMeInFast <\/p>\n

PokerStars sbarca su Facebook<\/h2>
Non cessano le novità per PokerStars<\/strong>.\n

Come annunciato nei mesi scorsi dal responsabile della comunicazione Eric Hollreiser<\/strong>, la poker room ha lanciato la sua app su Facebook per giocare a poker. Un gioco, ovviamente, disponibile solo in modalità play money e, per ora, in versione beta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Una versione provvisoria, al punto che andando sul link dell'applicazione già si trova un messaggio che segnala come sia stato raggiunto il numero massimo di giocatori.<\/p>\n

Tuttavia un passo avanti verso quello che, stando alle previsioni di molti, potrebbe in teoria diventare il mercato del futuro, nel quale per ora il player dominante è Zynga che, a sua volta, mira all'entrata nel poker real money.<\/p>\n

Al turn il progetto si chiude, il river è ininfluente ma Sahamies non riesce a spillargli più una chip. <\/p>\n
