Se gli americani si aspettavano molto da questo Day 4 del WPT Canadian Spring Championship<\/strong> di Kahnawake, allora saranno rimasti delusi.<\/p>

Già, perché i tre big nelle zone alte del chipcount sono tutti usciti e se per Ravi Raghavan si parla di una semplice quattordicesima posizione, per Christian Harder<\/strong> e Bryan Piccioli<\/strong> il discorso è diverso visto che sono usciti rispettivamente settimo e ottavo, \"uomini bolla\" del tavolo finale a sei.<\/p>

Un Final Table che, per inciso, propone una sfilata di giocatori canadesi con Amir Babakhani <\/strong>a guidare il lotto dei partecipanti con oltre sei milioni e mezzo di chips. L'attenzione degli addetti ai lavori, tuttavia, non è focalizzata tanto su di lui quanto sul quinto del chipcount, Jonathan Bardier<\/strong>.<\/p>

Perché? Presto detto, parliamo di uno dei giovani fenomeni degli MTT online, che ha collezionato risultati a ripetizione con il nick \"Poker Own U\"<\/strong>. Bardier è corto, ha meno di venti big blinds ma, c'è da scommetterci, se dovesse riuscire a raddoppiare subito diventerebbe un osso duro per chiunque.<\/p>

Un milione? E che sarà mai.<\/p>

Viktor Blom<\/strong> i milioni li perde e li vince con la stessa frequenza con cui la gente cambia i calzini, ma questo ha un sapore particolare. Particolare perché stavolta davvero le ha suonate a tutti e in tutte le specialità.<\/p>

Prima ha incrociato le armi con Ben Tollerene<\/strong> al Pot-Limit Omaha, portandogli via quasi mezzo milione. Subito dopo al No Limit Hold'em ha scacciato via l'incubo SanIker<\/strong>, che per ben due volte l'aveva stangato nella sua specialità preferita nel corso d'aprile.<\/p>

Infine una sessione al 2to7 Triple Draw con avversari \"rilassanti\" come Phil Ivey<\/strong> e Alex Luneau. Ancora soldi vinti e qualche altro spicciolo portato via al PLO con CAP allo stesso Ivey.<\/p>

Lo schermo segna $1.005.182. Viktor si alza soddisfatto e va via: ogni tanto dorme anche lui...<\/p>

Prendersela con quelli con gli occhiali, si sa, non è bello.<\/p>\n

Stavolta, però, la cosa può essere in fondo giustificabile, specialmente se quegli occhiali non sono i classici fondi di bottiglia del secchione della classe ma i tecnologicissimi Google Glass<\/strong>, ultima diavoleria del colosso di Mountain View.<\/p>\n

Semplici occhiali che offrono accesso a internet, informazioni di vario tipo, offrono possibilità di registrazione, zoom e replay. Troppo per un tavolo da poker, almeno così la pensa il Caesars Casinò<\/strong> che ne ha vietato l'utilizzo ai tavoli.<\/p>\n

Ad essere onesti non li si può biasimare: provate ad immaginare un player che registra le vostre espressioni scrutando ogni millimetro della vostra faccia alla ricerca di un \"micro tell\" o cose del genere.<\/p>\n

Va bene aprirsi alla tecnologia, ma... <\/p><\/div>

Floppare set contro una coppia più alta è fortuna, certo, ma per il resto Isildur1 in questa mano non sbaglia nulla: esce in cbet per evitare che l'avversario senta puzza di bruciato, chiama il suo raise per nascondere il punto, gliele lascia mettere fino al river dove si limita a chiamare visto il board. E il buon Dan Shak, che voleva intrappolarlo con il call preflop, resta intrappolato...<\/p>\n
