Con le unghie. Con i denti. Con la fame.<\/p>

Sergio <\/strong>geniodelletartarughe Castelluccio<\/strong> approda al Day 7 del Main Event delle WSOP, quello che decreterá i 9 protagonisti del tavolo finale, e lo fa chiudendo in tredicesima posizione su ventisette superstiti. 6.560.000 chips il suo stack<\/strong>, poco sotto l'average che gravita intorno ai sette milioni di chips, ma che sofferenza!<\/p>

La giornata era partita malissimo: James Alexander, che oggi aveva una vita piú dei gatti, lo ha subito azzoppato giocando una mano all'insegna del trashtalking e girandogli in faccia un bluff. Quando il Genio ha meno di 20 big blinds davanti<\/strong> sai che a breve puoi aspettarti solo l'eliminazione o il raddoppio, spesso ottenuto a botta di piatti uncontested.<\/p>

La ruota gira...<\/h2>

Dopo neanche dieci minuti la sorte, quella stessa sorte che nei giorni scorsi gli aveva fatto perdere tre colpi al 95%, lo ripaga. Sergio riceve due coppie di re in pochi minuti<\/strong>, ed in entrambe le occasioni centra il set: é un attimo e lo ritroviamo oltre i cinque milioni, a un certo punto Gaetano Preite é terzo, lui é quinto e il poker italiano domina il mondo.<\/p>

Giusto un attimo di arretramento e poi di nuovo su, con il conforto di un colpo di fortuna col quale elimina l'olandese Rachid Ben Cherif<\/strong>: Genio ha \"\"\"\", l'avversario \"\"\"\", ma un \"\" al flop proietta Castelluccio tra i primissimi. In contemporanea si spegne la buona stella di Gaetano Preite, che in un paio di mani passa dalle prime posizioni all'ultima e poco dopo viene eliminato. Resta un solo italiano, dopo l'uscita di Andrea Dato ad inizio giornata, e quell'italiano é Strategista e si chiama Sergio Castelluccio.<\/p>

Si soffre, si soffre ancora: prima Sergio é costretto al fold su un push dell'israeliano Lehavot, che il player irpino sospettava in squeeze e invece era carico. Subito dopo la fortuna si volta un attimo quando Castelluccio centra un set di dieci <\/strong>ma paga un progetto di colore chiuso al river dall'argentino Ortiz. Alla pausa cena il Genio é a centro classifica e mancano poche eliminazioni.<\/p>

Al ritorno il momento piú difficile: Genio perde un'altra mano sostanziosa da Maxx Coleman e scende intorno ai quattro milioni. A quel punto si trova a giocare in coinflip contro l'ultima donna del gruppo, Jackie Glazier, che ha circa due milioni davanti. La differenza tra essere in average e shortstack é affidata al board, che stavolta non ci tradisce.<\/p>
