Scattano i semafori verdi<\/strong> sul circuito EPT10<\/strong>. La prima tappa stagionale ha preso ufficialmente il via ieri, presso il Casinò spagnolo di Barcellona<\/strong>, con il €50.000 Super High Roller<\/strong>. Niente giri di prova e nessuno spazio per il riscaldamento: i 39 player<\/strong> iscritti al Day 1 hanno subito affrontato la bandiera a scacchi e la loro corsa per accumulare chips è entrata nel vivo. <\/p>

Durante gli 8 livelli<\/strong> da 60 minuti ciascuno, ben 10 giocatori hanno usufruito di altrettante re-entry<\/strong>, per un totale di 49 registrazioni complessive<\/strong> (6 in meno rispetto alla passata edizione). E tra i bustati che si sono concessi una seconda chance, c'è anche l'attuale chipleader, l'ungherese Sandor Demjan<\/strong>, in fuga solitaria con oltre un milione di chips. <\/p>

Partito malissimo e out già dopo i primi livelli di gioco, il magiaro ha subito effettuato la seconda iscrizione e ha letteralmente spiccato il volo<\/strong> nel count. Prima un ricco pot contro Daniel Negreanu e poi l'ultima mano del Day 1 contro lo sfortunatissimo Igor Kurganov<\/strong>, che floppa set di 10, ma la Q al turn sforna il top set di donne per Demjan e lo lancia nell'olimpo del count. <\/p>

L'ungherese è guardato a vista da Fabian Quoss<\/strong> (2°, 813.000) e dal sempre arzillo Daniel Negreanu<\/strong> (3°, 619.000). Picca di legno per il November Nine David Benefield<\/strong> (4°, 552.000), nella cui scia si piazza Steve O'Dwyer<\/strong> (6°, 528.000). Chiudono in bellezza nella top ten anche Erik Seidel<\/strong> (8°, 445.000), Bertrand Grospellier<\/strong> (9°, 441.000) e Daniel Alaei<\/strong> (10°, 428.000). <\/p>

Scrutando le posizioni di rincalzo, fioccano i volti noti. Philipp Gruissem<\/strong>, Juha Helppi<\/strong> e Jason Mercier<\/strong> prenotano un posto tra i top 20 del Day 2, mentre più indietro Andrew Lichtenberger<\/strong>, Tobias <\/strong>pokernoob Reinkemeier <\/strong>e Jonathan Duhamel<\/strong> devono cambiare marcia il prima possibile se vogliono recuperare terreno.<\/p>
