Nel Regno Unito è ormai divenuto un evento imperdibile<\/strong>, in Italia, purtroppo, le nostre non hanno riscosso molto successo. Stiamo parlando delle Poker Awards <\/strong>del Regno Unito che, anche quest'anno, premieranno solo i migliori.<\/p>

L'edizione passata<\/strong> c'ha regalato non poche emozioni ma, fra le tante, spicca la marcia trionfale di Sam Trickett<\/strong> che, alle BPA ha praticamente vinto una sfilza infinita di oscar<\/strong>.<\/p>

Aggiudicandosi il premio come miglior giocatore dell'anno<\/strong>, miglior giocatore di cash game<\/strong> e miglior giocatore da torneo<\/strong> Sam ha praticamente sbarellato tutti concorrenti. <\/p>

Non dimentichiamoci che Trickett veniva dall'edizione 2011<\/strong> come vincitore della categoria \"Poker cash game player<\/strong>\" e dall'edizione 2010<\/strong> come miglior \"Astro nascente<\/strong>\". <\/p>

Insomma, un uomo che potrebbe farvi un caffè solamente guardandovi <\/strong>negli occhi senza muovere le mani!<\/p>

Per l'edizione 2013 manca ancora una settimana <\/strong>prima della chiusura delle urne, al termine della quale verranno annunciati i vincitori delle ben tredici categorie <\/strong>che quest'anno compogono la cerimonia. <\/p>

Verranno premiati sia i migliori giocatori inglesi, esperti delle varie discipline, che i software e le poker room che hanno riscosso successi lungo tutto il 2013<\/strong>. <\/p>

L'evento, sponsorizzato anche da PokerStars <\/strong>e Calvin Ayre, ospiterà una valanga di personaggi di spicco del mondo del poker live e online, compresi blogger e giornalisti. Una riunione di sharks insomma<\/strong>!<\/p>

In previsione di queste premiazioni, non possiamo dimenticare le recenti EPT di Praga<\/a><\/strong> e i giocatori inglesi che hanno lottato fino alla fine. <\/p>

Tra i tanti, ovviamente, Stephen Chidwick<\/strong> sembrerebbe un nome caldissimo<\/strong> e in lista come vincitore di una delle due categorie che lo vedono in corsa come \"Miglior giocatore live<\/strong>\" e \"Miglior performance annuale<\/strong>\".<\/p>

C'è chi invece \"sceglie\" di vincere più di 10 milioni di dollari in carriera a soli 28 anni<\/strong>, tipo Chris Moorman<\/strong>. Crediamo sinceramente che non dovrebbe aver nessun tipo di problema a vincere un premio!<\/p>

Nella categoria \"Miglior Player a livello Internazionale<\/strong>\" la lotta è intensa ed emozionante. Citiamo solo tre nomi tra tanti: Daniel Negreanu<\/strong> (che non la smette più di ricevere premi), Marvin Rettenmaier<\/strong> e David \"Bakes\"Baker<\/strong>.<\/p>

E infine non dimentichiamo che nella categoria \"Personalità Poker dell'anno<\/strong>\" sfilano i nomi di Neil Channing<\/strong>, Liv Boeree<\/strong> e Sam Razavi<\/strong>. <\/p>
