E siamo al Day2<\/strong>. Le telecamere sono tutte attorno al tavolo di questo \"milionario\" Big One for One Drop<\/strong> da $1.000.000 di buy-in<\/strong>. Nella giornata di ieri avevamo raccontato il godrunning di Sam Trickett<\/a> che, con una serie di colpi micidiali, si portava in cima al chipcount imponendo il suo gioco ai tavoli.<\/p>

E così si ripartiva nella giornata di oggi, con l'inglese super chipleader. Dopo aver più volte bussato alle porte della dea bendata però, Sam Trickett riceve un bel due di picche<\/strong>, anzi ad essere precisi un nove di fiori, che lo condanna all'eliminazione in una mano contro Daniel \"Kid Poker\" Negreanu<\/strong>. Super beffato l'inglese che, subito prima della mano decisiva, perde un durissimo colpo contro Scott Seiver<\/strong>.<\/p>

Ma quando Negreanu apre da early position a 320.000<\/strong>, Sam decide di re-raisare <\/strong>fino a 800.000 quando il tabellone segna il livello di bui 80.000\/160.000<\/strong>, Negreanu calla<\/strong>. Sul flop calano \"\"\"\"\"\" per il doppio check<\/strong> di entrambi i giocatori. Turn \"\", Trickett betta<\/strong> 1.100.000 e Daniel calla<\/strong>. Al river arriva un altro nove, stavolta di fiori e l'inglese decide per l'all-in<\/strong>. Negreanu ci pensa e ci ripensa, chiede il count e decide di callare<\/strong>.<\/p>

Forte dei suoi \"\"\"\" Trickett gira le sue carte con un sorriso a 93 denti<\/strong>. Daniel però ci mette ben poco a distruggere i sogni dell'inglese girando \"\"\"\", mostrando quindi il tris<\/strong> e condannando il giocatore ad abbandonare i giochi in quindicesima posizione<\/strong>. Attualmente in cima al chipcount troviamo Rick Salomon a quota 23.575.000<\/strong> chips, mentre il nostro Daniel Negreanu sale su fino alla quarta posizione seguito da Cary Katz<\/strong>, autore di una mano alquanto particolare.<\/p>

Sui bui 50.000\/100.000<\/strong> e ante 10.000 Cary Katz apre<\/strong> da UTG fino a 225.000, Connon Drinan 3-betta<\/strong> 580.000 da BB, Katz 4-betta <\/strong>fino a due milioni e Drinan va all-in<\/strong>. Snap call dell'avversario e showdown. Drinan felice come una pasqua gira \"\"\"\", Katz storce un po' il naso e gira anche lui due assi<\/strong>, uno di picche e uno di cuori. Tutto sembra far intendere che ci sarà un inutile split pot, ma il dealer decide di fare il burlone<\/strong>.<\/p>

Così cala prima il flop: \"\"\"\"\"\", poi il turn \"\" e infine, udite udite, un fantastico \"\". Una street che ha praticamente rappresentato una pugnalata dietro l'altra per il povero Drinan <\/strong>che vede esplodersi in mano i suoi assi lasciando a Cary Katz uno stack di 5.790.000 di chips<\/strong>. La dea bendata sembra aver scelto un altro giocatore in questo caso. <\/p>
