\nE anche quest'anno la storia si è ripetuta. Anche se non eravate tra i 2008 giocatori che si sono guadagnati con vari satelliti su PokerStars l'ingresso e la possibilità di vincere i 10 milioni, anche se non avete visto l'invito alla festa incollato ovunque nel blog, anche se non l'avete visto tra i programmi dell'Hotel Palms, anche se non avete visto l'aeroplano di PokerStars volare sulla Strip e sul Rio, dovevate sapere che qualcosa di speciale sarebbe successo lunedì notte.<\/em>\n<\/p>

È stato un Party come nessun altro all'Hotel Palms, con le performances della regina del burlesque Dita Von Teese<\/u> e delle sue ragazze.\n<\/p>

\nImmaginate una ragazza sospesa sulla pista da ballo che si muoveva con una coreografia perfetta dentro un cerchio...corpo perfetto, movenze da far scaldare gli animi...\n<\/p>

\nLa regina del Burlesque Dita von Teese è apparsa come la perla da un'ostrica o come la cipria da un portacipria gigante. Con un bustino argentato e un tutù di piume. Restava da stabilire solo ‘quando' non se quei vestiti sarebbero scivolati via. Una folla enorme di bella gente riempiva il locale e centinaia ad aspettare l'ingresso alla porta. E chi non avrebbe voluto esserci, nella più grande città festaiola del più grande paese festaiolo, il sito più grande del mondo ha offerto la più grande star. Non vi sbagliereste nemmeno sostituendo tutti questi ‘grande' con ‘migliore'.<\/em>\n<\/div>

\nAl party, al quale erano invitati i 6884 giocatori che hanno partecipato al Main Event delle Series, c'erano anche i 27 Pro del Team PokeStars<\/font> tra cui Dario Minieri, con al polso il braccialetto delle WSOP, Luca Pagano, Greg Raymer, Ramdin e Khan, Barry Greenstein, John Duthie, Vanessa Rousso, Bill Chen, Chris Moneymaker, ElkY, Joe Hachem, Noah Boeken, Isabelle Mercier e Victoria Coren. Sembra proprio che la maggior parte dei giocatori abbia accettato l'invito. Dalle 9 è arrivata l'ora dei cocktail, la coda di gente si accalcava nel casinò e fuori al caldo, mentre la temperatura dentro era già calda, anticipando quello che sarebbe successo dopo.\n<\/p>

\nC'erano tutti i giocatori del Team PokerStars Pro,<\/strong> Joe Hachem li ha presentati ricordando i chip count di quelli rimasti in gara con un ironico applauso al suo chip count, il più basso di tutti. Alcuni di loro bevevano soft drink dato che una giornata di gioco li attendeva, altri qualcosa di più forte, quelli che dovranno aspettare il prossimo anno per giocare ancora alle World Series.\n<\/p>
