\nPokerStrategy<\/b>: Come sei arrivato a PokerStrategy.com? Quando sei entrato per la prima volta sul sito e come hai iniziato a giocare a poker?<\/p>

robbiev<\/span>: Iniziamo da come sono arrivato al poker, perché ciò darà risposta anche alle altre domande. Sono stato un accanito giocatore di StarCraft e, come probabilmente sapete, molti giocatori di StarCraft sono poi passati al poker. Molti di loro hanno anche avuto buoni successi. Alla fine del 2004 ho provato il poker dopo che Elky e Nazgul mi hanno convinto che poteva essere un business molto remunerativo.
\nDa allora ho praticamente giocato non stop, mentre studiavo e viaggiavo.
\nPoi ho preso una pausa dall'università e sono andato in Tailandia, quando uno dei miei vecchi amici di StarCraft, Mondragon, mi ha chiesto se volessi lavorare per
\nPokerStrategy.com
\nLa mia risposta all'inizio fu negativa, ma lui è riuscito a persuadermi quando mi ha parlato meglio del sito e di come funzionava. Ero interessato dal fatto che il sito desse soldi ed educazione gratuiti per poter trarre un guadagno. Il fatto che PokerStrategy.com avesse successo in quest'intento mi ha fatto decidere di entrarne a far parte. Perciò ho iniziato a lavorare come community manager olandese.\n<\/p>

\nPokerStrategy<\/b>: E da Community Manager olandese sei entrato nel Team
\nPokerStrategy.com. Raccontaci di più su questo progetto: prima di tutto, com'è cominciato?\n

robbiev<\/span>: Quando ho iniziato a lavorare come community manager olandese, mi sono sentito come se mancasse qualcosa. Ho visto quanto riuscivamo ad essere presenti a livello internazionale, e quanti ottimi giocatori si potevano trovare su PokerStrategy.com. Mi ricordo di aver visto un video di Morgoth che, per dirla breve, mi ha impressionato tantissimo.
\nIn sostanza è stato ciò che mi ha fatto pensare all'eventuale creazione di un team per PokerStrategy.com, visto il talento dei membri, perché avremo sicuramente la possibilità di fare grandi risultati live. Dopo averci pensato su a lungo sono riuscito a convincere tutti sulla bontà del progetto ed ora, un paio di mesi dopo, stiamo andando alle World Series of Poker per iniziare col botto.<\/p>\n

PokerStrategy<\/b>:
\nWorld Series of Poker - un gran modo per iniziare l'avventura! Perciò il Team
\nPokerStrategy.com rappresenterà la nostra community nei più grandi tornei del mondo. A quali altri eventi siete interessati a partecipare in futuro?<\/p>\n

robbiev<\/span>: I giocatori del team PokerStrategy.com faranno del loro meglio per rappresentare PokerStrategy.com ed apparire ad almeno 10 final table. Questo è quello che mi hanno promesso.
\nIn futuro prenderemo di mira in particolare i tornei al di fuori degli Stati Uniti. Non accettiamo sul nostro sito registrazioni dagli Stati Uniti, perciò avrebbe poco senso. Invece vogliamo concentrarci sui grandi tornei come l'European Poker Tour, il World Poker Tour in
\nEuropa (con tappe come Venezia e Barcellona), Russian Poker Tour e così via.<\/p>\n

PokerStrategy<\/b>: 10 final table dici? Passiamo agli elenchi quindi: quali giocatori ci rappresenteranno alle WSOP?<\/p>\n

robbiev<\/span>: Almeno 10! A parte gli scherzi, un final table sarebbe già grandioso, ma visti i nostri giocatori nutro ottime speranze. Al momento ci sono quattro giocatori nel team: Tim \"Nazgul\"
\nKahlmeyer, Daniel \"Allanon85\" Drescher, Moritz \"Trader\" Schmejkal e
\nTobias \" Pokernoob\" Reinkemeier.
\nLoro sono tutti giocatori molto conosciuti su PokerStrategy.com con ottimi successi. Daniel ha vinto il Sunday Million, Pokernoob
\nè riuscito a vincere l'evento heads up delle SCOOP di PokerStars e così via.
\nNazgul è recentemente arrivato quarto nel Sunday Million su PokerStars a sua volta, subendo anche un incredibile suck out in un piatto gigante. Inoltre, tutti loro produrranno video in inglese ogni mese da adesso in poi, che potranno essere gustati da tutti i nostri membri.<\/p>\n

PokerStrategy<\/b>:
\nPerciò al momento il Team PokerStrategy.com è formato da cinque persone: tu e quattro giocatori. Altri giocatori si aggiungeranno in seguito?<\/p>\n

robbiev<\/span>: Sicuro! I piani ci sono, ma come potete capire è una nuova esperienza anche per noi. Quel che vogliamo è iniziare con il botto, facendo giocare tantissimo i nostri quattro player e partendo dai loro risultati. Sarebbe bello allargare il team aggiungendo altri grandi talenti. Potete di sicuro aspettarvi una news a riguardo subito dopo le WSOP.<\/p>\n

PokerStrategy<\/b>: Grandioso! Aspetteremo perciò di sapere se la squadra sarà allargata. Parlando di questo: molti nostri membri sarebbero interessati ad unirsi. Quali sono i criteri per essere scelti? Cosa devono sapere su questo?<\/p>\n

robbiev<\/span>: Tutti possono unirsi! Dopo tutto, ad esempio, Nazgul e Allanon sono diventati professionisti partendo dai $50 di PokerStrategy.com solo due o tre anni fa. Ci sono solo due cose da fare. Prima di tutto essere ovviamente un membro di PokerStrategy.com, e in secondo luogo essere un giocatore di successo, capace di battere gli high stakes. Naturalmente aver avuto grandi risultati nei tornei importanti aumenterà le possibilità di essere presi nel team.<\/p>\n

robbiev<\/span>: Davvero non vedo l'ora che inizino i tornei. Le WSOP sono al quarantesimo anno e, per questo, ci sarà un torneo speciale. Tobias “PokerNoob”
\nReinkemeier parteciperà al torneo con $40,000 di buy-in, tra soli sei giorni! (28 maggio) Questo sarà di certo uno dei tornei più eccitanti da seguire.
\nNaturalmente tutti i giocatori parteciperanno al Main Event. Esso è il più grande evento live al mondo con il più grande montepremi. Spero soltanto che il numero di partecipanti di quest'anno sia ancora più grande degli scorsi.
\nOltre a questi, ci sono molti tornei che i nostri membri giocheranno. Il $10,000 Heads-up championship, il $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha
\nchampionship, il $5,000 six-max e via dicendo! Abbastanzato per essere davvero eccitati su ciò. Alla fine dei conti, credo che saremo presenti in almeno 20 eventi differenti.<\/p>\n

PokerStrategy<\/b>: Suona bene. Terremo aggiornati tutti i nostri membri attraverso le news. Ci saranno altri modi di seguire i nostri giocatori? Come possiamo saperne di più su ciò che accade a Las Vegas?<\/p>\n

robbiev<\/span>: Come prima cosa, l'hai già detto tu, ci sono le news. Daremo aggiornamenti giornalieri con tutte le informazioni, avremo una news al mattino per introdurre la giornata e daremo il gossip dell'azione notturna. Inoltre i giocatori aggiorneranno il proprio blog quasi ogni giorno!<\/p>\n

PokerStrategy<\/b>: Bello, perciò se qualcuno dei nostri giocatori finirà in qualche situazione buffa con Brunson, Negreanu o Hellmuth, lo vedremo nel blog.
