RobbieV<\/b>: Grazie Elias, sempre bello tornare al sole di Gibilterra.<\/p>

PokerStrategy<\/b>.com<\/b>: Sei tornato da due settimane circa, qual è stata la cosa più difficile nel riadattarsi?<\/p>

RobbieV<\/b>:
\nIl maggior cambiamento è stato probabilmente passare dai tornei e i casino di tutti i giorni alla quiete e al silenzio di Gibilterra.<\/p>

PokerStrategy<\/b>.com<\/b>:
\nOk parliamo di risultati, alcuni sono un po' delusi dal fatto che il Team PokerStrategy.com non abbia fatto un vero e proprio botto, com'è andato il team in generale?<\/p>

RobbieV<\/b>: Capisco il disappunto di chi si aspettava di più. Ovviamente si spera sempre in un risultato eccezionale dopo due mesi di tornei. In ogni caso, penso che la performance dei nostri giocatori sia ampiamente entro le aspettative della vigilia. Bisogna sempre tener conto del fatto che la varianza in questi tornei è enorme. Essere in rosso dopo questo periodo è perfettamente accettabile, poiché per un giocatore molto bravo non sarebbe assurdo neppure perdere una serie di tornei live in un arco di tempo di più di un anno.<\/p>

Comunque, grazie alla eccezionale dimostrazione di ottimo poker di Nazgul nel torneo più prestigioso, posso dire con certezza che non possiamo essere scontenti. In poche parole posso confermare che il team non ha fatto il botto tanto sognato, ma che i risultati non mi dispiacciono da team leader, proprio per niente.<\/a><\/p>

PokerStrategy<\/b>.com<\/b>: Insomma, alcuni hanno perso fede nei nostri giocatori, ma sembra che il team abbia ancora piena fiducia nelle loro potenzialità?<\/p>

RobbieV<\/b>: Assolutamente. Li ho osservati per un periodo di due mesi e sono del tutto soddisfatto dal loro livello di gioco. Ovviamente sono stati commessi alcuni errori, ma hanno fatto anche delle grandi giocate. So che suona un po' come una lamentela il maledire il periodaccio che il team ha dovuto affrontare, e probabilmente l'avrei fatto notare anch'io, da membro. Non c'è dubbio, però, che ci siano state parecchie mani davvero sfortunate, e che ci voglia della fortuna per fare un gran botto. Prendiamo Phil
\nIvey per esempio. Adesso è al final table e probabilmente nessuno parlerà delle bad beat che ha rifilato qua e là per raggiungerlo. Anche quando erano rimasti in 50 è riuscito a raddoppiare con JJ contro QQ. Senza questi colpi nessuno può vincere un torneo, a prescindere dall'abilità.<\/p>

PokerStrategy<\/b>.com<\/b>: Su un piccolo campione tutti possono avere fortuna, quindi. Puoi raccontarci quali sono i piani per rendere il campione più attendibile? Cosa hai in serbo per il prossimo futuro?<\/p>

RobbieV<\/b>: Quest'autunno giocheremo un po' più vicini a casa. Pensiamo di partecipare a più tappe dell'EPT possibile, e stiamo pensando anche ad altri grandi eventi in Europa. Nel prossimo futuro vedrete probabilmente il team all'opera all'EPT di Barcellona, che inizierà il 2 settembre.<\/p>

Ovviamente cercheremo di offrire una copertura live ancor migliore di quella offerta per le World Series of Poker. Tenete presente che dovremo lavorare con le regole per i media imposte dall'EPT, e sarà per noi un'altra novità: scopritela con noi! Il minimo dei nostri obiettivi sarà avere un live ticker
\nper potervi fare avere in anteprima immagini e così via.<\/p>

PokerStrategy<\/b>.com<\/b>: Grande, ho un'ultima domanda per te. Alcune idee per aggiungere qualche giocatore al team?<\/a><\/p>

RobbieV<\/b>:
\nCi sono idee! Anche prima di andare alle WSOP avevamo un player in mente, ma non aveva neanche l'età per giocare a Las Vegas. Ci credete a quanto sono giovani i giocatori al giorno d'oggi? Non aggiungeremo molti player al team da subito, ma terremo occhi e orecchie ben aperti. Spero che potremo dare grandi notizie nel prossimo futuro.<\/p>
