Over 130 Main Event seats won so far at GGPoker
Now is the time to start your WSOP Main Event satellite run as they will get softer as the months progress.
If you build it, they will come.
Two weeks ago GGPoker announced they were guaranteeing 600 seats to the World Series of Poker Main Event and they are already on course to do just that.
131 Main Event seats have been shipped already on GGPoker alone, before you factor in any of the seats won via ClubGG. At this pace we might see something closer to 800 seats or more awarded.

Most of the events have overlaid slightly meaning the GGPoker rake has covered the difference.
It is usually the tough regulars who qualify first for big events like the WSOP. Given that GGPoker do not award a full package ($10,500 instead of $12,000) for repeat winners, that likely means the satellites will get softer as we get closer to the series. With 131 probably quite tough regulars out of the way and a few overlays too, it looks like these satellites are going to be pretty good value as we get closer to the Summer.
Sub satellites start at freeroll levels and $1 buy-ins. If you are serious about qualifying you have just under three months to start your campaign.
Qualify for the World Series of Poker 2023!
The World Series of Poker and online poker market giant GGPoker are once again offering exclusive satellites to the WSOP Main Event 2023, running from July 3-17 this year.
Ahead of another attempt to host the biggest WSOP Main Event in history, the hype for players all over the world starts right now at GGPoker, with a total of at least 600 exclusive WSOP packages worth $12,000 each given away until summer.
The Road to Vegas at GGPoker is straightforward, with initial satellites starting at only $1, and even some occassional freerolls sprinkled in, complemented by direct WSOP satellites running several times a day for a buy-in of $600, $888 and $1,200. Additionally, as before, players are also be able to win multiple of the $12,000 packages, however any package beyond the first one will be converted to T$10,500.
On top of that, if any player that qualifies for the 2023 Main Event at GGPoker becomes this year's WSOP Main Event champion, GGPoker will hand them an extra $1,000,000 bonus on top of the main prize—a mere $10,000,000 in 2022's edition of the WSOP Main Event.
