News: ace64 wins the first WPC Ticket

On sunday, the first of our six 'World Poker Crown'-Freerolls at 888.com PacificPoker started. There 22 players competed for the WPC-Ticket worth $1.050!

Until the 20th of April we will have a freeroll every Sunday at 20:00 of which the winner will receive a ticket for the 888.com PacifcPoker 'World Poker Crown' Tournament.

The first freeroll had only 22 participants that played for the ticket worth $1.050. It is therefore quite lucrative to participate in the following freerolls. The first ticket went to our Austrian member ace64.

As a member of PokerStrategy you have the chance to win one ticket for
the World Poker Crown Tournament worth $1.050 every week for the next
six weeks.

QUALIFICATION

How to qualify:
You need an 888.com PacificPoker account that is tracked over PokerStrategy. If you do not have one yet, create one now:

There is a total of six freerolls that take place over the following
Sundays. In order to qualify for the freerolls you need to have
collected atleast 10 bonus points on 888.com PacificPoker in the week
leading up to the tournament. The 'week leading up to the tournament'
refers to the timeframe between Thursday 17:00 of the prior week until
17:00 of the Thursday before the freeroll. 888.com PacificPoker will
start creating the lists of eligible players as of Thursday 17:00 and
you can register for the tournaments, in the lobby, as of Friday.

The World
Poker Crown
online tournament will take place on April 26th. The tournament has a
$3 million dollar guaranteed prize pool, of which $1.000.000 will go to
