Aaron Barone completes epic 24 hour MTT prop bet
The poker pro streamed himself for almost a day, where he had to play at least 150 MTTs and end the session in profit.
Huge prop bets like weight loss bets or volume bets don't seem to happen as much these days. Something 888poker Pro Aaron Barone recently lamented.
Coming from the 2+2 era of online poker, where these things were commonplace, he missed this aspect of poker, which he believes only a small subset of the poker world is really aware of.
As a result he set himself a prop bet challenge where he had to play 150 MTTs in one day, and profit by the end of it.
It took 17 hrs, 15 minutes but we did it.

17 hours later he got there, having played 156 MTTs and profiting for $690 (or $40 an hour) along the way. He did $9,085 in buy-ins and $9,775 in cashes.
One of the true grinders

He is one of the true grinders in online poker and has been one of the most consistent winners at low and mid stakes online for over a decade.
Therefore, a challenge of playing 150 MTTs in a single day, and profiting, was really in his wheelhouse. It would have been a fool's errand betting against him in this one.
