Badziakouski wins back-to-back Triton Main Events

After ten days of Super High Roller action Mikita Badziakouski has defended his Triton Main Event title for over $5 million.

All the talk in poker right now is rightly on Justin Bonomo and his incredible year, which may make the amazing 2018 of Mikita Badziakouski fly under the radar.

He has just won his second Triton Poker Super High Roller Series Main Event in a row, winning HDK 41,250,000 ($5,255,456) in Jeju to go along with his Main Event win in Montenegro in May ($2,499,185). He also has a string of other High Roller results this year and will jump into third place in the 2018 money rankings with $10,497,492

He also final tabled the $300,000 Super High Roller Bowl for $1.6 million this year and won the PokerStars APPT Macau High Roller for $297,198 and a Platinum Pass. Unsurprisngly he is also the all time money leader from his home of Belarus with over $16 million in earnings.

Once again the Triton Poker series has come from nowhere and captured the imagination of poker fans, especially on Twitch, in no small part to Short Deck Hold'em, which we have seen over the last ten days plays very differently to No Limit Hold'em:
