David Singer wins Event 3

David Singer started as short stack on the final table of the $1,500 Pot Limit Hold'em Event. Nonetheless, he still prevailed over every opponent and secured his first bracelet.

In the heads-up he came out on top against Jacobo Fernandez. Fernandez
had the chip lead for quite some time, but within two hands Singer was not only able to turn the tables, but also seal the deal.

Shortly after midnight, Singer woke up with . Fernandez made a min-raise to 80,000 chips, and Singer re-raised another 160,000 himself. Fernandez moved all-in and showed after Singer's call for the coin flip (45% - 55% for Fernandez). But already the flop put Singer far into the lead (~90%) with . In the next hand, Singer clinched his first bracelet. On the board of another all-in was announced. Singer, holding , had hit the straight on the turn. Fernandez held for two pairs. The river came up with a blank card and Singer won his first bracelet.
