Doug Polk reveals the secrets of his YouTube success

We recap some stories you may have missed including the largest pot ever on Live At The Bike and a poker movie about a prop bet.

Polk shares his YouTube tips

Some of his critics think he has lost his passion for poker, hence having so many YouTube channels, but it is undeniable that Doug Polk knows a thing or two about being a vlogger.

If you are looking for a break from his recent dramas and like us are a big fan of his videos, this new one where he shares his advice for fledgling YouTube stars is really good.

From the basics like what camera to use, overcoming self doubt and also lots of detail on growing your audience, this is jam packed with insight:

The largest pot ever at the Bike

If you are a fan of streamed poker, whether it is YouTube or Twitch, then the organic success that is the Live At The Bike stream had its biggest ever pot last week.

Yes, there have been plenty of bigger pots televised over the year, but Live At The Bike is different, it isn't a studio managed cash game, it's a real cash game from the Bicycle Casino that just happened to be streamed.

Involved in the hand is LATB legend Garret Adelstein, of course, with Joe Ingram calling the action:

Moorman makes $15 million

With all the attention on Justin Bonomo and the live all-time money rankings, you would be forgiven for missing an equally impressive milestone that has been made.

Chris Moorman took his all-time online MTT winnings to a record $15 million last month, which nicely goes with his all-time online Triple Crown record.

When you consider the average buy-in online compared to live (and especially compared to the Super High Roller games), that $15 million looks every bit as impressive as Bonomo's $42,979,591 (maybe even more so):

Walk to Vegas

Finally, there have been plenty of poker movies by now, but what about a movie about a poker player prop bet?

WPT host Vince Van Patten has written and starred in the upcoming movie Walk To Vegas, which is about a prop bet between poker players.

Look out for cameos from poker players including Jennifer Tilly and Phil Laak in the trailer:
