Major software update coming to the MPN Network

A streamlined lobby, no more chat and HD tables are some of the new features coming next week to MPN.

On July 26 the MPN Network will complete its most significant software upgrade, known as Prima, and should be available for download, mobile and browser versions with most skins, including RedKings, almost right away.

After a lot of testing the new client has been designed in a 'lean startup' approach whereby the most popular elements have been integrated and the features that nobody uses have been removed, with a view to further testing and improvement in the future. This includes a very prominent feedback feature after every session which will allow players to give direct criticism to the network.

This writer has seen an advanced test of the new software and it includes:

  • A streamlined lobby including a blind cash game lobby
  • No more chat
  • Only Hold'em and Omaha available
  • Ultra HD responsive tables
  • A simplified rewards system
  • The ability to turn a hand history into a shareable GIF
  • A player history tool that shows your overall proft or loss

You can read more about the new software in this company blog from MPN boss Alex Scott.
