WCCOOP: Main Event winner gets $1,228,330
The "World Championship of Online Poker" at PokerStars is one of the biggest internet tournament series. Here are the results.
A total prize pool of $15,000,000 was guaranteed and 23 tournaments took place. Every poker variant from No-Limit Hold'Em to Pot Limit 5-Card Draw was played. The buy-ins ranged from $215 to $5,200.
The No-Limit Hold'Em Main Event on September 30th was the highlight and end of the WCOOP 2007.
Main Event: NL Hold'Em, 2998 participants, $2.600 buy-in and a total prize pool of $7.495.000. The tournament lasted 22 hours and the winner - TheV0id from Great Britain - won $1.228.330 and a golden bracelet.
