Yuri Dzivielevski Wins PGT Mixed Games series after late flourish
The final events of the PokerGO Tour’s Mixed Games series saw Brazilian former online world number one Yuri Dzivielevski reign supreme, making three heads-up battles in a row to top the leaderboard.
The Brazilian professional Yuri Dzivielevski booked an important victory in his poker career last night as he came second in the seventh and final event of the 2026 PGT Mixed Games series, topping $745,000 in series winnings. That was enough for him to leapfrog Qingpai Pan and snatch the title of PGT Mixed Games champion at the death after cashing in the final three events of the series.
Over the past few years, Yuri Dzivielevski has become something of a mixed game GOAT, only last year coming third in the inaugural $100,000 Mixed Games Super High Roller Bowl in Las Vegas for $450,000. The Brazilian also came second to Dan ‘Jungleman' Cates when he won back-to-back Poker Players Championship titles in July 2022.
With seven events in this year’s 2026 PGT Mixed Games series, Dzivielevski struck out in the first four events. However, his heater started in Event #5 when the Brazilian took the outright win and everything built from there.
Which events gave the Brazilian victory?
No cashes in the first four events, but what a run in the final three. Yuri Dzivielevski first cashed in Event #5, the $15,200-entry Big Bet Mix event, and won it outright for a top score of $262,350.
In the very next event, the $15,200 Dealer’s Choice event, Dzivielevski lost heads-up to Qinghai Pan, earning $171,00 but giving the American the overall lead. Dzivielevski was far from done, however. In the final event, Pan couldn’t cash, and the Brazilian’s runner-up result was worth not only $312,000 but the overall series win, which earned him the PGT Gold Cup.
In PGT results, Dzivielevski now has 31 cashes, 16 final tables, and over $4.8m in winnings, contributing in no small part to him leading the All-Time Brazilian Money List. Dzivielevski also now leads the 2026 PGT leaderboard with 534 PGT points, three clear of the leader after the PGT Kickoff series, Andrew Lichtenberger.
The 2026 PokerGO Tour continues with this year’s Super High Roller Bowl, which concludes this week, before March welcomes players to the PokerGO Cup between March 1-15 and the PGT PLO Series between March 20-29.
