partypoker launch $200,000 daily PKO schedule

We recap some stories you may have missed including Doug Polk returns and a DFS site pay out on an $82,000 mistake.

$200k of PKOs daily

PKOs at partypoker

Fresh off of PowerFest and continuing their clear mission of being the site with the most bounty tournaments, partypoker have unveiled a new PKO schedule worth $200,000 a day.

The buy-ins range between $0.22 and $530, and the marquee event will be a daily $50,000 guaranteed event with a $22 buy-in.

This Sunday will mark the new schedule with a special $200,000 guaranteed event for just $22.

FanDuel pay accidental $82k

Remember this one next time a poker operator makes a mistake. Daily Fantasy Sports site FanDuel accidentally gave odds of 750 to 1 on the Denver Broncos to win earlier this month, which led Anthony Prince to stake $110 on it.

The glitch cost the site $82,000, as after some deliberation they decided to honour the bet, even though it was apparently caused by a software glitch. A move which has garnered them a lot of mainstream media press and good will.

Polk is back!

Rumours of his leaving poker have been greatly exaggerated, as Doug Polk dropped a new poker video this week.

To be fair to Polk he only said he was quitting playing, so reviewing other people play is still fair game:

Home game Royal Flush

Finally, it's always cool when you four flush a player with the same hand as you, but this is just overkill:
