BACKGROUND
(A) This Agreement applies to the PokerStrategy.com World Championship powered by Poker Heaven ("Event") taking place from August 01 to December 13 2011.
(B) In order to participate in the Event, the Player agrees to be bound by and to act in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement.
1. To participate in the Satellite, the player needs to be a registered member of PokerStrategy.com.
2. Furthermore, the player has to provide their full name, email address, postal address and telephone number associated with their registered account at PokerStrategy.com. All provided data must be accurate.
3. In order to participate in the qualification tournaments for the Event and the accompanying Freerolls, the Player must be a registered user of Poker Heaven as well. The account of the Player at Pokerheaven.com needs to be tracked to PokerStrategy.com.
4. In the event a player wins a package for the Event, only the person whose name is connected to the PokerStrategy.com account shall be regarded as the person who played and won the satellite. This person will be obliged to attend and play in the heat.
5. By participating in the Event, the player grants PokerStrategy.com the right to use the player’s name, nickname, picture and likeliness for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, news articles, forum posts, interviews etc. published on PokerStrategy.com, without further compensation to the Player. Also, PokerStrategy.com shall be entitled to list any of this information in result overviews, rankings etc.
6. If a player qualifies for the Event through more than one promotion, the player ranked second will receive a ticket for the heat.
7. For the Heats and the final of the Event, the player will receive a shirt which needs to be worn during the Event. The player may not advertise any other poker rooms or affiliates other than Poker Heaven and PokerStrategy.com.
8. Any form of collusion is strictly forbidden. If Poker Heaven or PokerStrategy.com notice a breach of this provision, all involved participants will be immediately disqualified.
9. PokerStrategy.com retains the right to exclude players from the Event at any time and in its sole discretion. In the event of exclusion, the player is not entitled to any kind of compensation and/or damages from PokerStrategy.com.
10. For the avoidance of doubt, the package for participating in the Event is non-cashable.
11. With regard to the qualification for the Event, the Terms & Conditions of PokerStrategy.com and the Terms & Conditions of Poker Heaven apply.
