\nPokerNoob<\/a>
\nstartte in het High Roller event van de  EPT samen met een lange lijst van bekende namen zoals Phil Ivey, Vanessa Rousso, Elky, Greg Raymer en vele anderen. <\/p>

In totaal waren er 75 inschrijvingen, in totaal goed voor een prijzenpot van £1,500,000. De winnaar van het event zal 
\n£542,000 op zijn bankrekening mogen bijschrijven. <\/p>

Helaas zal PokerNoob dit niet zijn, hij vloog de eerste dag uit het toernooi.
\nHij kende een zeer slechte start toen hij met zijn pocket azen tegen een geflopte set zessen aanliep en hij gelijk short-stacked was.<\/p>

Nadat PokerNoob ook nog eens had verloren met koningen en vrouwen en meerdere malen voor zijn toernooileven moest flippen, was het uiteindelijk niemand minder dan Tom \"durrrr\" Dwan die een einde maakte aan het toernooi van PokerNoob. In een blind-battle kreeg PokerNoob alle chips pre-flop naar het midden met zijn QQ. Helaas was het Dwan die in de big blind AA vond en deze bleven overeind omdat het board geen hulp bracht voor PokerNoob.<\/p>

\npsychobenny speelde ook het High Roller event. Evenals PokerNoob redde ook hij het niet de eerste dag te overleven.<\/p>

Short Handed EPT Event<\/h2>

\n\"Allanon\"<\/a> Trader<\/a> nam een dagje vrij, maar Allanon<\/a> en Nazgul<\/a> wilden graag direct weer verder spelen na de WSOPE. Hun gespeelde event was echter  een onaangename verrassing toen bleek dat na 3 blindlevels de gemiddelde stack slechts 28BB was.<\/p>

Een snel einde voor beide spelers was het gevolg. Allanon verloor en grote pot en was al snel aan het flippen voor zijn toernooileven. Toen hij met A9 pushte en gecalld werd door pocket achten was het over.<\/p>

Nazguls toernooi kwam op een ongelukkige wijze ten einde. Nazgul kreeg alle chips naar het midden en was blij toen hij zag dat zijn AK, de AJ van villian domineerde. Echter op de turn verscheen de J, waardoor ook Nazgul naar de rail mocht gaan.<\/p>
