Hij versloeg Alex Keating, Brahim Hajji, David Steicke en<br>\nJames Sudworth alvorens de finale te halen van de Heads-up<br>\nGrand Slam. Zijn laatse tegenstander was de Fin Juha Helppi, die uiteindelijk ook zijn meerdere moest erkennen in Beyne en $70,000 won voor zijn tweede plaats.<\/p><p>In de laatste hand van de finale was het Helppi die all-in ging met zijn laatste chips en Beyne die de call maakte.
