Ik denk niet dat Gibraltar een plek is waar je &ldquo;zomaar&rdquo; heen gaat, aangezien het vrij klein is.<br>\nMijn eerst indruk van Gibraltar was dat het klein, maar zeer charmant was. Ik heb hiervoor in Madrid gewoond en ook 4 jaar in Glasgow en was in die tijd geregeld aan het zoeken naar werk in Gibraltar. Het voelt hier als het Verenigd Koninkrijk, maar dan met lekker weer.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-origin.pokerstrategy.com\/Editorial\/elements\/ps_design_mark_gray.gif\" width=\"17\" height=\"12\"><b>PokerStrategy.com<\/b>: Ja dat weer kan ik me goed voorstellen! Zon, zee en strand, heerlijk! Sinds kort ben jij de eerste Nederlandstalige klantenservice-medewerker bij PokerStrategy. Hoe ben je daar zo terecht gekomen?<\/p><p>damircs: Zoals ik al eerder zei hield ik de afgelopen jaren steeds in de gaten of er geen banen waren in Gibraltar. Ik heb in die tijd ook veel contact onderhouden met een aantal mensen van agencies. <br>\nEind Augustus kreeg ik bericht dat er een vacature zou komen in Gibraltar en ik heb er direct werk van gemaakt.<br>\nHet feit dat ik geen enkele achtergrond in poker heb is geen probleem. Mijn werk gaat vooral over het afhandelen van allerlei soorten vragen van klanten en die hebben meer met de administratieve kant te maken dan met poker zelf.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-origin.pokerstrategy.com\/Editorial\/elements\/ps_design_mark_gray.gif\" width=\"17\" height=\"12\"><b>PokerStrategy.com<\/b>: Met wat voor vragen en problemen krijg jij vooral te maken?<\/p><p>damircs: Ik heb vooral te maken met problemen die klanten ondervinden bij het registeren.<br>\nWe zorgen ervoor dat klanten hun $50 startkapitaal op het juiste platform ontvangen en reageren meteen wanneer we zien dat er problemen zijn met deze transfer.<br>\nEr zijn ook veel vragen omtrent hun account, wanneer ze een hogere status krijgen, welke artikelen het beste zijn om te lezen voor een bepaald onderwerp etc. Dat zijn dingen waar ik me op een dagelijkse basis mee bezig houd.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-origin.pokerstrategy.com\/Editorial\/elements\/ps_design_mark_gray.gif\" width=\"17\" height=\"12\"><b>PokerStrategy.com<\/b>: Ok, best leuk om te weten dat er niet alleen vragen zijn omtrent die gratis $50 maar dat er ook mensen zijn die advies vragen voor hun leermanieren! Hoe zijn de mensen op kantoor bij PokerStrategy? Een grote hobby<br>\n\t\t\tvan DamirCS<br>\n\t\t\t<\/b><b><br>\n\t\t\t<\/b><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table><p>damircs: Het leuke aan werken bij PokerStrategy.com is onder andere de mensen die hier rondlopen. Het zijn allemaal jonge mensen waardoor het bedrijf een zekere &ldquo;vibe&rdquo; heeft. Het voelt allemaal zeer relaxed aan. Ondanks deze relaxte omgeving is het een professioneel bedrijf waar de zaken goed zijn geregeld. Dat spreekt mij, met mijn organisatie achtergrond, zeker aan!<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-origin.pokerstrategy.com\/Editorial\/elements\/ps_design_mark_gray.gif\" width=\"17\" height=\"12\"><b>PokerStrategy.com<\/b>: En hoe bevalt het leven in Gibraltar?<\/p><p>damircs: Omdat Gibraltar vrij klein is (er wonen hier ongeveer dertigduizend mensen), kennen de meeste mensen elkaar. Het is een plek waar je meestal dezelfde mensen tegenkomt als je naar het centrum gaat. Het voelt erg veilig aan en het is een leuke plek om het weekend te beginnen in &eacute;&eacute;n van de vele gezellige tentjes.<br>\nIk heb voorheen in Madrid en Glasgow gewoond en heb besloten om juist niet in Gibraltar te gaan wonen maar aan de Spaanse kant in La L&iacute;nea. Ik reis dus dagelijks heen en weer. Dit neemt ongeveer 30 minuten in beslag.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-origin.pokerstrategy.com\/Editorial\/elements\/ps_design_mark_gray.gif\" width=\"17\" height=\"12\"><b>PokerStrategy.com<\/b>: Zou je in een later stadium willen doorgroeien naar een andere functie binnen PokerStrategy?<\/p><p>damircs: Ik ben nu vijf jaar werkzaam in de Klantenservice-branche en vind het leuk om te doen, juist om het contact dat je hebt met de mensen die dagelijks gebruik maken van onze strategie&euml;n.<br>\nIk heb in deze vijf jaar voldoende ervaring opgebouwd om een andere functie binnen de klantenservice te doen. Denk hier bijvoorbeeld aan het trainen van nieuwe mensen en het aanvoeren van het Nederlandse team (als er meer mensen bijkomen).<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn-origin.pokerstrategy.com\/Editorial\/elements\/ps_design_mark_gray.gif\" width=\"17\" height=\"12\"><b>PokerStrategy.com<\/b>: Ok, tot slot Damir, je speelt momenteel zelf geen poker maar ga je het in de (nabije) toekomst wel proberen?<\/p><p>damircs: Ik werk nu dagelijks met de artikelen en hoor de succesverhalen van de leden van onze community, dus ik wil me er zeker verder in gaan verdiepen.
