Door technische problemen bij bwin.com<\/a> ondervinden sommige PokerStrategen problemen om hun StrategyPoints bijgeteld te krijgen. Voor sommige spelers betekent dit dat ze nu een lagere status hebben, doordat de punten nog niet bijgeteld konden worden.<\/p>

Als jij een speler bent die door deze technische problemen getroffen is, contacteer dan alsjeblief onze klantenafdeling<\/a> om de status te claimen waar je recht op hebt.<\/p>

Hoe krijg ik de juiste status?<\/h2>

Als je een bwin.com speler bent die zijn of haar StrategyPoints nog niet heeft bijgeteld gekregen, dan kan onze klantenafdeling jouw status manueel upgraden.<\/p>

Als je jouw vorige status hebt verloren door ontbrekende StrategyPoints, kun je zo jouw oude status opnieuw aanvragen:<\/strong><\/p>

• Je moet jouw voorgaande status in 2012 gehad hebben.
• Je moet actief gespeeld hebben op bwin.com tussen 1 en 16 april.
• Als je niet actief was tussen 1 en 16 april, dien je een screenshot te sturen naar dutch@pokerstrategy.com, dat aantoont dat je voldoende Market Points hebt verdiend om jouw oude status opnieuw te claimen. Maak in het onderwerp of tekstbericht dan ook duidelijk kenbaar wat je vorige status was en het aantal Market Points dat je in april verdiende. Vergeet ook jouw PokerStrategy.com username niet te vermelden.<\/p>

Als je een upgrade naar een hogere status verdiend zou hebben:<\/strong><\/p>

• Stuur dan een screenshot van de bwin.com website naar dutch@pokerstrategy.com, dat aantoont dat je voldoende Market Points verdiend hebt in april om de hogere status te claimen. Vermeld ook jouw nickname op PokerStrategy.com in het email bericht of ticket dat je opstuurt.

  2. Klik op \"b'inside account<\/strong>\" in het nieuwe menu dat verschijnt.<\/li>\n
