Veranderingen in onze community<\/h2>

Sinds december 2012 is orodin<\/span> werkzaam voor onze community geweest. Wat hierbij voor de community het meest zichtbaar is geweest, is zijn werk als medewerker van de klantenservice en als coördinator van het nieuws en het forum. Vanaf dit moment is zijn functie, als gevolg van strategische beslissingen van PokerStrategy.com, komen te vervallen. Zijn werkzaamheden zullen centraal worden overgenomen.<\/p>

Daarnaast is ons pokerschool-aanbod geëvalueerd. We zijn op een punt aanbeland waarop de basis-content van onze nieuwe lessen bijna volledig vertaald is naar het Nederlands en is uitgebracht. Een aantal van deze lessen zal de komende tijd nog worden uitgebracht in het Nederlands. Daarna ligt het voor de hand om de meer geavanceerde content centraal in het Engels te voorzien.<\/p>

Welke gevolgen heeft dit voor mij?<\/h2>

Voor jou als lid van onze community, hebben deze wijzigingen geen grote gevolgen. Er zijn enkele zaken om even rekening mee te houden:<\/p>

Engelstalige klantenservice<\/h3>

Vanaf dit moment raden we je aan je tickets naar onze klantenservice<\/a> in het Engels te schrijven. Onze support is niet langer in het Nederlands beschikbaar, maar uiteraard zul je met dezelfde hoge kwaliteit die je van ons gewend bent verder worden geholpen wanneer je een vraag of probleem hebt.<\/p>

Geavanceerd leermateriaal<\/h3>

Als je op zoek bent naar meer geavanceerde leermaterialen<\/strong>, kun je terecht in onze Engelstalige strategie-sectie<\/a>. Hier vind je lessen waarin geavanceerde concepten en strategieën worden behandeld.
