{"id":24649,"date":"2014-03-11T15:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-03-11T15:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/nl\/binnenkort-eindigt-de-support-voor-windows-xp\/"},"modified":"2026-03-02T07:57:43","modified_gmt":"2026-03-02T07:57:43","slug":"binnenkort-eindigt-de-support-voor-windows-xp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/nl\/news\/world-of-poker\/Binnenkort-eindigt-de-support-voor-Windows-XP_81900\/","title":{"rendered":"Binnenkort eindigt de support voor Windows XP"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ?><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/cdn-origin\/2014\/03\/07\/xp_bad.jpg%20\" alt=\"\" width=\"292\" height=\"190\" align=\"right\" style=\"margin-left: 12px;margin-bottom: 6px;float: right\">Meer dan tien jaar lang heeft Microsoft ondersteuning voor Windows XP verzorgd, maar nu hebben ze besloten hun financi&euml;le middelen te investeren in de ondersteuning van meer recente technologie&euml;n. <\/p><p> Als gevolg hiervan zal er <strong>vanaf 08 april 2014 <\/strong>geen technische ondersteuning meer zijn voor het ondertussen verouderde systeem Windows XP, waaronder de <strong>essenti&euml;le updates die je helpen je computer te beschermen. <\/strong><\/p><p> Wanneer je ervoor kiest om XP na deze datum te gebruiken, dan zal je computer wellicht nog functioneren, maar je zult <strong>kwetsbaar zijn voor veiligheidsinbreuken en virussen.<\/strong><\/p><h2>Pokerspelers in het bijzonder zijn kwetsbaar<\/h2><p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pokerstrategy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/cdn-origin\/2014\/03\/07\/pc_protect_de07b1ff.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"292\" height=\"190\" align=\"right\" style=\"margin-left: 12px;margin-bottom: 6px;float: right\">Het internet is een beangstigende plek geworden, cybercriminelen proberen elke dag weer hun slag te slaan op het web met kwaadwillige software, soms is het ontvangen van een e-mail al genoeg om te zorgen voor een infectie van je computer.<\/p><p>Daarnaast hebben ontwikkelaars die kwaad in de zin hebben voldoende tijd gehad om software te cre&euml;ren die zich richt op XP, gewoon omdat XP al zo oud is - er is een gigantische lijst van <strong>virussen die speciaal ontworpen zijn om het XP-systeem te kraken. <\/strong><\/p><p>Dit zou natuurlijk betekenen dat het gebruiken van Windows XP op een computer die in verbinding staat met het internet -
