Vier tips voor succesvol handreading - deel 1<\/h1>

De basis van handreading die je al hebt geleerd: je kent de vijf spelerstypes en kunt de gemiddelde ranges daarop toepassen en die postflop verkleinen, door gebruik te maken van het trechterprincipe. Je weet ondertussen ook waar je naar moet kijken bij showdowns.<\/p>

In deze les leer je vier praktische tips voor het verbeteren van je handreadingskills:<\/p>

1. <\/strong>Vermijd het zogenaamde \"mirror thinking\" en oriënteer jezelf door gebruik te maken van de tendensen van de grote groep spelers op je limiet.<\/p>

2.<\/strong> De betsize van je tegenstanders geeft je vaak waardevolle informatie over hun handsterkte.<\/p>

3.<\/strong> De reactietijd van je tegenstanders geeft je eveneens informatie over hun ranges.<\/p>

4.<\/strong> Maak notities van de frequentie van riverblufs.<\/p>

Tip 1: Vermijd \"mirror thinking\"<\/h2>

Veel spelers nemen ten onrechte aan dat hun tegenstanders op dezelfde manier spelen als zij doen. Dit noemen we ook wel \"mirror thinking\". Bluffen ze bijvoorbeeld vaak in een specifieke situatie, dan verwachten ze dat hun tegenstanders hetzelfde zullen doen.<\/p>

Projecteer niet je range in een specifieke situatie op je tegenstander, maar oriënteer liever je gameplay op basis van de grote groep spelers op je limiet.<\/p>

Kijk eens naar het volgende voorbeeld:<\/p>

Je bent op de BU en callt de openraise van een LAG in de CO. Na het betten van de flop en turn, plaatst hij een overbet op de river.<\/p>

\"Mirror<\/p>

Veel spelers schatten dat de range van hun tegenstander in deze situatie zoals die van henzelf zal zijn. Wanneer ze vaak overbetten als bluf, dan nemen ze aan dat hun tegenstander dat ook zo zal doen en callen daarom.<\/p>

Wanneer ze echter zelden overbetten als bluf, dan zetten ze hun tegenstanders op een set of betere hand en folden daarom.<\/p>

Maak niet dezelfde fout, maar oriënteer liever je gameplay op de tendensen van de spelers op je limiet. De meeste spelers overbetten bijna nooit als bluf en hebben hier dus een sterke range, bestaande uit sets en straights. Je zou dus moeten folden.<\/p>
