\nNa de
\nderde dag lag titelverdediger Raj Patel nog op de tweede plaats en had daarmee
\nnog alle kans op zijn tweede grote succes. Maar op dag vier liep alles anders
\ndan gepland. Eerst werd zijn stack gereduceerd van 720.000 naar net 400.000
\nchips en vervolgens werd hij, gelijk met Steve 'Thorladen' Weinstein in de
\nlaatste hand van de dag uitgeschakeld.\n<\/p>

\nSuccesvoller
\nverliep dag 4 voor Erik Seidel, die al acht WSOP-Bracelets heeft maar nog niet één WPT-Titel kon veroveren, en Ted Forrest. Ze begonnen resp. met 417.500 en
\n378.000 chips de dag en stonden daarmee op plaats 11 en 12 van de nog 33
\novergebleven spelers. Hoewel de dag rustig begon werd het tempo later flink
\nopgevoerd. Toen er nog 18 spelers over waren kwam de tijd voor Forest en
\nSeidel.\n<\/p>

\nDe avond
\neindigde met de tot nog toe grootste pot van het toernooi. Adam 'AKat11' Katz
\nraiste uit de Cutoff, titelverdediger Patel ging uit de SB all-in met KJ en
\nWeinstein schooft uit de BB ook al zijn chips naar het midden. Katz hoefde met
\nzijn pocket azen alleen maar te callen. Deze hielden stand en de pot van meer
\ndan 2 miljoen chips schoof naar Katz. De spelers op plaats 10 en 11 lagen eruit
\nen dus stond de finaletafel van negen spelers vast.\n<\/p>

\n \n<\/p>

\nDeze
\nnegen spelers zullen vandaag spelen om de zes plaatsen aan de TV-tafel van
\nmorgen. Daar is voor de eerste plaats een prijs van bijna 1 miljoen te winnen.\n<\/p>
