\nGreenstein. Tweede werd Chris Klodnicki.<\/span>\n<\/p>

\nEvent 27, het $1,500 No Limit Hold'em<\/span><\/b>, wisten van de
\n2706 deelnemers, slechts twee Nederlanders dag 2 te halen: Chiel van den Heuvel
\nen Quint Feenstra. Rolf Slotboom kwam opnieuw ITM, maar werd aan het einde van
\ndag 1 uitgeschakeld. Hij werd 260e en won $2.770 in zijn vijfde WSOP-cash dit
\njaar. Quint finishte als 205e en won $2.954 en Chiel als 136e ($3.509). Winnaar
\nwas Vitaly Lunkin, die daarmee een armand en een nette $628.417 opstreek.<\/span>\n<\/p>

 <\/p><\/span>\n<\/p>

\nEvent
\n28, het $5,000 Pot Limit Omaha w\/Rebuys<\/span><\/b>, werd een
\nvoltreffer voor Phil 'OMGClayAiken' Galfond. Hij won zijn eerste bracelet en
\n$817.781. Tweede werd Adam Hourani ($493.748). De heads-up was een stevige
\nmarathon voor zowel spelers als publiek. Pas een uur of drie na de
\nuitschakeling van David Benyamine was de zege binnen voor Galfond.<\/span>\n<\/p>

\nEvent
\n29, het $3,000 No Limit Hold'em<\/span><\/b> was een cash voor drie
\nNederlanders. Rob Sterken werd 59e ($6.126), Steven van Zadelhof 32e ($ 9,287)
\nen Thijs Wessels redde het tot plaats 40 ($7.311). Het toernooi werd gewonnen
\ndoor John Phan, voor Johnny Neckar.<\/span>\n<\/p>

\nEvent
\n30, het $10,000 Limit Hold'em World Championship<\/span><\/b> gaat
\nnatuurlijk de Nederlandse pokergeschiedenis in als de partij van de eerste
\nNederlandse WSOP-bracelet, binnengepokerd door Rob Hollink. (zie apart
\nnieuwsbericht) Maar er deden meer Nederlanders mee aan dit toernooi. Ook Rolf
\nSlotboom, Noah Boeken en Marcel Luske deden een greep naar de armband. Helaas
\nwas voor hen dag 1 ook meteen dag einde. Ook Hollink leek te sneuvelen en had
\nop een gegeven moment geen 5000 chips meer. Hij wist zich echter te herstellen
\nen uiteindelijk het toernooi op zijn naam te schrijven.<\/span>\n<\/p>

 <\/p><\/span>\n<\/p>

\nEvent
\n31, het $2,500 No Limit Hold'em Six-handed<\/span><\/b> is een
\ngrote teleurstelling geworden voor Lex Veldhuis. Hij verloor net voor de bubble
\neen behoorlijke pot en moest net voor het geld het toernooi verlaten.  <\/span>Marnix Vandenbroek deed het net iets beter en
\nkon zich handhaven tot de 79e plaats. Hij won daarmee $ 4.189. De winnaar van
\ndit toernooi was Dario Minieri, die zich in Minieri-stijl door het toernooi
\nworstelde. De finale was dan ook een echte Dariodans. Zo wist hij met een 43o<\/b> te winnen van de koningen<\/b> van Fisher door twee vieren op
\nde turn en river. Het publiek ging uiteraard uit zijn dak en de Italiaan
\nstoomde verder. Enkele handen later wist hij Fisher uit te schakelen met QQ<\/b> tegen Fishers KTs.<\/b> Het is de eerste bracelet voor de turbo uit Italië, die ook
\nnog even $528.418 kon bijschrijven op zijn bankrekening.<\/span>\n<\/p>

\nIn
\nEvent 33, het $5,000 Seven Card Stud Hi-Low World Championship<\/span><\/b>, staat Marcel Luske<\/b> weer in
\nde top 10 en doet hij opnieuw een gooi naar het eremetaal.. We houden jullie op
\nde hoogte van de afloop van dit event.<\/span>\n<\/p>
