\nWe proberen dus niet alleen de beste communities te bouwen m.b.t. inhoud, service en technologie, maar ook onze medewerkers zich verder te laten ontwikkelen en door gemeenschappelijke activiteiten een echt team - een echte community - te laten worden.
\nWe vragen wel hoge inzet, maar betalen dan ook duidelijk boven de standaard, hebben flexibele werktijden, volledige verzorging op de werkplek en bieden scholingsmogelijkheden en gezamelijke vrijetijdsactiviteiten aan. En wat vooral bijzonder is: we hebben een vlakke hiërarchie en hechten waarde aan prestatie boven een academische titel.
