Hiermee is Zwitserland het nieuwste land dat het voorbeeld van Denemarken en Frankrijk volgt en dit betekent dat alle inwoners weer gewoon mogen kaarten.<\/p><p>Wanneer de nieuwe wetgeving van kracht wordt zal dezelfde route als in bijvoorbeeld Denemarken worden gevolgd; er zullen licenties verkocht worden en er zal belasting betaald moeten worden. Bedrijven die de markt willen betreden zullen zich aan moeten melden voor een van de beschikbare licenties. <\/p><div class=\"news_h2\">\n<span class=\"news_h2text\">overheid rekent op $22 miljoen per jaar aan belastinggeld&nbsp; <br>\n<\/span>\n<\/div><p>Wanneer een aanvraag voor een vergunning binnen komt zal er situaties bekeken worden of de vergunning verleend of afgewezen wordt. De gebruikelijke bedrijven zullen de mogelijkheden van de markt in het bergachtige land onderzoeken. <\/p><p>Het is echter geen volledige carte blanche. Enkele sectoren van de markt zullen gesloten blijven, de internet markt is echter geheel open. Gokken via bijvoorbeeld televisie en telefoon zullen daarentegen illegaal blijven. <\/p><p>Schattingen van de Zwitserse overheid tonen aan dat er jaarlijkse $22 miljoen aan belastinggeld de staatskas in zou kunnen stromen door deze verandering in wetgeving.
