De continuationbet op de flop nadat je preflop hebt geraised, is een basismove.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Het kan een bluf zijn, maar kan ook met een sterke hand worden gedaan. Dit houdt in dat je zeer regelmatig een contibet zult zetten, ook wanneer je niets hebt getroffen. Natuurlijk zijn niet iedere flop en tegenstander daarvoor geschikt.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Wanneer een tegenstander zelden op de flop opgeeft is de contibet als bluf zinloos. Wanneer de flop veel handen zal verderhelpen is de contibet als bluf eveneens nutteloos. Er zijn goede en slechte flops voor een continuationbet als bluf.<\/p><div class=\"emoSubheadbig\">Welke flops zijn geschikt voor een contibet?<\/div><p class=\"emoNormal\"><b>Regel 1:<\/b> Heb je een goede made hand, een top-pair of beter, dan maak je altijd een continuationbet. Je missie is: pot opbouwen en hand beschermen.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\"><b>Regel 2:<\/b> Heb je een sterke draw, dan maak je tegen &eacute;&eacute;n tegenstander altijd een continuationbet. Dit is een soort bluf, een \"semi-bluf\". Je kunt winnen door de tegenstander uit de hand te duwen, maar ook door te verbeteren met een van de komende communitycards.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Het blijft echter nog steeds een bluf en die is alleen dan winstgevend wanneer hij ook als dusdanig functioneert, namelijk dat je tegenstander meteen opgeeft. De mogelijkheid van een sterke hand alleen is niet genoeg voor de bluf. Daar is de kans weer niet goed genoeg voor, tenzij je een monsterdraw hebt.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Bij veel tegenstanders, of bij tegenstanders die erg moeilijk hun handen opgeven, daalt de kans dat ze allemaal folden. Alleen wanneer jij de mogelijkheid ziet (goede flop + juiste tegenstanders) dat ze ook allemaal meteen zullen folden kun je ook tegen meerdere tegenstanders een contibet plaatsen.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Is dat niet het geval, dan speel je jouw draw naar de pot-odds zoals je het hebt geleerd in de artikelen over pot-odds en implied pot-odds. Je checkt, en je kijkt of iemand anders bet, en voor welke prijs of pot-odds je de turnkaart kunt zien.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\"><b>Regel 3:<\/b> Heb je een zwakke draw, een zwakke made hand of helemaal niets, dan is je continuationbet een bluf. Bluffen tegen meerdere tegenstanders of tegenstanders die maar zelden kunnen scheiden van hun kaarten, is geldverspilling. Over het algemeen komt een bluf met een zwakkere of waardeloze hand sowieso pas in beeld bij maximaal twee tegenstanders.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Dit laatste zul je vaak tegenkomen. Je hebt preflop geraised, een of twee spelers callen, maar je treft niet echt iets op de flop. De vraag is nu of bluffen lonend is. Dit hangt af van de communitycards en de speelstijl van je tegenstanders.<\/p><p class=\"emoListintro\">Wanneer je naar de communitycards kijkt, moet je twee vragen beantwoorden:<\/p><ul class=\"emoList1\">\n<li>Kunnen je tegenstanders geloven dat je iets getroffen hebt?<\/li>\n<li>Kunnen je tegenstanders hier zelf iets getroffen hebben?<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"emoNormal\">Iedere flop waarbij je de eerste vraag kunt beantwoorden met \"ja\" en de tweede met \"nee\", is een goede flop voor een continuationbet. Geschikt zijn flops met hoge kaarten zoals koning, vrouw en aas. Daar je preflop geraised hebt heb je zelf vaak hoge kaarten. Hij biedt dus weinig mogelijkheden voor draws of sterke made hands. Op een goede flop kun je een sterke hand representeren terwijl je tegenstander zelden de kaarten heeft om je bluf te breken, zelfs wanneer hij er zeker van is dat je bluft.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Op de eerste flop is de OESD met 43 de enig mogelijke sterke draw. Er zijn ook niet veel sterke made hands mogelijk. Er zijn een paar combinaties van two pairs mogelijk (52, K5, K2), maar daar je tegenstander preflop een raise callde is dit erg onwaarschijnlijk. Een three of a kind vijven of twee&euml;n of een top-pair koningen zijn de enige zinnige sterke handen die je tegenstander getroffen kan hebben. Dat is niet bepaald veel en hij zal bij de eerste flop dus zelden een hand hebben om verder te kunnen spelen.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Ook de tweede flop volgt dit patroon. Er zijn helemaal geen sterke draws mogelijk en met de aas en de koning kun je geloofwaardig een goede hand presenteren. Het zal voor je tegenstander moeilijk zijn om een goede made hand te treffen, en draws zijn niet mogelijk.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Dit geldt ook voor het derde voorbeeld. Het verschil hier is dat je nauwelijk meer kunt representeren dan een pair vrouwen of boeren. Je tegenstander zal je minder vaak een goede hand afbetalen. Aan de andere kant heeft deze flop waarschijnlijk geen enkele hand getroffen.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Zou de tegenstander je op een bluf zetten, dan is dat &eacute;&eacute;n ding. Een andere zaak is dat hij veel te zelden de kaarten heeft om er geld uit te trekken. Hij kan meestal nauwelijks meer doen dan zelf bluffen en je inzet raisen. Bij agressieve spelers zie je vaker dat ze een dergelijke flop aanvallen. Wanneer dat het geval is, komt een contibet eigenlijk alleen nog in beeld wanneer je slechts &eacute;&eacute;n tegenstander hebt.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">In het eerste voorbeeld kun je nauwelijks een sterke hand representeren. Bovendien levert deze flop veel handen een reden om door te spelen. Je zult 98, 87, 76, 65, 54, 43, 88, 77, 66, 55, 44 en elke flushdraw niet tot folden kunnen dwingen. Dit zijn handen waarmee een tegenstander graag een preflopraise zal callen. Een pair negens, een pair tienen, er zijn nog meer combinaties denkbaar die niet zullen opgeven.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Je kunt niets representeren en je tegenstander heeft maar al te vaak iets speelbaars getroffen. Dit zijn twee redenen om op deze flop alleen tegen een geschikte tegenstander geld in een bluf te investeren.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Dit geldt ook voor de andere twee voorbeelden. De flops helpen veel handen verder. Je tegenstander kan al two pair of een gemaakte straight hebben. Hij kan een straightdraw of flushdraw getroffen hebben of een pair met een gutshot. Natuurlijk kan hij de flop ook gemist hebben, maar te vaak is het tegendeel het geval. Je kunt geloofwaardig een sterke hand representeren, maar aan de andere kant kunnen je tegenstanders ook goed hebben gehit.<\/p><p class=\"emoListintro\">De drie voorbeelden hierboven tonen dergelijke flops. Op deze flop zou je twee dingen <i>niet<\/i> moeten doen:<\/p><ul class=\"emoList1\">\n<li>Altijd een continuationbet plaatsen.<\/li>\n<li>Nooit een continuationbet plaatsen.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"emoNormal\">Het hangt af van de tegenstanders. Wat kunnen ze hier getroffen hebben? Wat kunnen ze daarvan folden? Met welke kaarten zouden ze een inzet callen en hoe gemakkelijk geven ze op na een continuationbet? Dit zijn flops waarvoor geen gegarandeerde oplossing bestaat. Zie bij twijfel liever af van de inzet.<\/p><div class=\"emoSubheadbig\">Welke tegenstanders zijn geschikt voor een contibet?<\/div><p class=\"emoListintro\">Er zijn verschillende types tegenstanders en de meesten reageren verschillend op een continuationbet. Je kunt vier grove basistypes onderscheiden:<\/p><ul class=\"emoList1\">\n<li> <b>Loose-passive <\/b>\n<p class=\"emoNormal\">Loose spelers hebben moeite met het wegleggen van hun handen. Je kunt \tdan ook beter niet tegen ze bluffen. De loose-passive speler herken je \taan het feit dat hij zelden agressief spelgedrag vertoont. Hij bet of \traiset zelden, maar callt veel bets. Bluf niet tegen hem, maar probeer \teen goede hand te treffen. Dan blijf je vuren, want ze callen veel van \tje inzetten.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li> <b>Loose-aggressive <\/b>\n<p class=\"emoNormal\">Loose-aggressive-spelers (LAG) kunnen ook moeilijk opgeven, maar spelen \tagressief. Ze bluffen bijvoorbeeld vaker. Zo zullen ze bijvoorbeeld een \tflop met een pair, zoals hierboven, zien als mogelijkheid voor een \taanval. Bluf dus niet tegen dit type tegenstander. Je wint je geld van \them door een sterke hand te spelen en die te laten uitbetalen. Geef \tkleine potten tegen hem op en win groot wanneer je eenmaal treft.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li> <b>Tight-passive <\/b>\n<p class=\"emoNormal\">Tight-passive spelers zijn ideale tegenstanders voor een blufcontibet. \"Tight\" \tbetekent dat ze maar weinig handen spelen. Ze geven snel op en tonen ook alleen agressieve moves wanneer ze werkelijk sterke \tkaarten hebben. Tegen hen maak je vaak een continuationbet. Wanneer die niet lukt, dan weet je meteen waar je staat.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Tight-aggressive <\/b>\n<p class=\"emoNormal\">Tight-aggressive (TAG) is ook de speelstijl die jij speelt. Ze spelen \tmeestal sterke handen en proberen marginale situaties uit de weg te \tgaan. Daarom kun je tegen hen ook bluffen. Je bent \"blufbaar\", iets wat \tje positief moet zien. Was je het niet, dan deed je iets niet goed. \tGoede spelers moeten blufbaar zijn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"emoNormal\">Tegen zogenaamde \"TAG's\" kun je ook \tveel flops aanvallen, al is het niet zoveel als bij de tight-passive. \tDit geldt in het bijzonder wanneer de betreffende speler op meerdere \ttafels tegelijk speelt. Daardoor zal hij vaak zijn standaardspel spelen \ten opgeven op iedere flop die hij niet heeft getroffen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"emoNormal\">Een continuationbet als bluf loont zich meer naarmate de tegenstander tighter is en hogere eisen stelt aan zijn hand om verder te spelen. Loose-aggressive tegenstanders zijn de slechtste doelen voor deze speelwijze. Vooral op de lagere limieten, waar je vaak ook mensen tegenkomt die totaal niet weten hoe ze moeten pokeren, geldt het devies: bluf nooit tegen iemand die niet kan opgeven.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Zie ook af van een blufcontibet wanneer je tegenstander nog maar een kleine stack heeft. Hij is &oacute;f een slechte speler, &oacute;f een shortstackstrateeg en beide types zullen nog maar zelden folden. Hoe minder geld je tegenstander overheeft, des te zeldzamer zal je bet functioneren. Spelers met kleine stacks voelen zich snel potcommitted.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Let er ook op of de speelwijze van een tegenstander voor en na de flop verschilt. Er zijn spelers die preflop erg voorzichtig te werk gaan, maar vanaf de flop wisselen van tight naar loose en bijna nooit folden op een contibet. Andere veel voorkomende spelers maken preflop nauwelijks aanspraak op hun kaarten en willen gewoon steeds de flop zien. Hebben ze niets getroffen, dan folden ze. Deze tegenstander is voor jou een goede, want hij speelt met zoveel slechte kaarten dat hij vaak op de flop niets heeft.<\/p><div class=\"emoSubheadbig\">Hoe beslis je?<\/div><p class=\"emoNormal\">Nu heb je alle benodigde informatie om je beslissing te nemen. Deze informatie moet je nu nog uitwerken.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Allereerst de simpele gevallen. Je hebt een middelsterke tot sterke made hand, top-pair met goede kicker of beter. In dit geval maak je altijd een continuationbet, onafhankelijk van het aantal tegenstanders en hun speltype. Je hand is vaak de beste of heeft goede kansen om te verbeteren.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Met sterke draws bet je tegen &eacute;&eacute;n tegenstander altijd. Tegen twee ook nog vaak. Bij meer tegenstanders komt het sterk aan op de communitycards en de manier van spelen van je tegenstanders of een inzet nog loont. Je doet het alleen wanneer er een goede kans bestaat dat alle tegenstanders op je inzet zullen folden.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Moeilijker wordt het wanneer je alleen een zwakke draw hebt, of alleen een klein pair of zelfs helemaal niets. Je hand rechtvaardigt geen bet en ook een bluf moet vaak werken om winstgevend te zijn. Kijk daarom goed naar de flop en je tegenstanders:<\/p><ul class=\"emoList1\">\n<li>Veel tegenstanders - je bet niet.<\/li>\n<li>Erg drawheavy flop - je bet niet.<\/li>\n<li>Een loose tegenstander die iedere bet callt - je bet niet.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"emoNormal\">Een goeder speler maakt normaal tussen de 65% en 75% continuationbets. Heb je positie op je tegenstanders, dan zul je wat vaker een contibet plaatsen. Gemiddeld maakt een goede speler maar met een kwart tot een derde van de kaarten waarmee hij had geraised, geen contibet. De andere 65% tot 75% zijn pure blufs en de handen waarmee hij wel iets speelbaars heeft getroffen.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Heb je maar &eacute;&eacute;n tegenstander, dan zou je bijna altijd contibetten, tenzij hij loose is en maar zelden een hand op de flop al opgeeft. Tegen twee tegenstanders moet de flop er al goed uitzien om een contibet in overweging te nemen. De tegenstanders moeten in staat zijn om te folden en op te geven. Zijn je beide tegenstanders niet extreem tight, dan loont een bluf-contibet totaal niet. Veel handen hebben hier iets getroffen en je kunt nauwelijks iets representeren. De kans dat beide spelers opgeven daalt op een dergelijke flop dramatisch.<\/p><div class=\"emoSubheadbig\">Hoe hoog moet je inzet zijn?<\/div><p class=\"emoNormal\">Heb je gekozen voor een bet, dan heb je nog de vraag hoe groot hij moet zijn.<\/p><p class=\"emoListintro\">Over het algemeent geldt:<\/p><ul class=\"emoList1\">\n<li>Hoe slechter de flop er uitziet en vooral hoe meer draws er liggen, des te meer bet je.<\/li>\n<li>Hoe meer tegenstanders je hebt, des te meer bet je.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"emoNormal\">Je inzet moet altijd liggen tussen een halve en een hele potgrootte. Een goede richtlijn is 2\/3 pot. Bij twee tegenstanders en een mogelijke flushdraw op de flop kun je ook gerust een potsize bet plaatsen, om daarmee je hand zo goed mogelijk te beschermen (je zult in deze situatie nauwelijks bluffen).<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Bij &eacute;&eacute;n tegenstander en een erg onschuldige flop kan een contibet ter hoogte van een halve pot al genoeg zijn. In dit geval hoef je de hand nauwelijks tegen draws te beschermen en wordt een eventuele bluf goedkoper. Je kunt hem ook gerust weglaten. Wanneer je hem wel maakt, dan is een standaardbet van 2\/3 pot het meest geschikt.<\/p><div class=\"emoSubheadbig\">Wat doe je wanneer iemand v&oacute;&oacute;r jou bet?<\/div><p class=\"emoNormal\">Uiteraard is het niet altijd zo dat alle tegenstanders voor je checken en je dan in alle rust kunt overleggen of je wel of niet een continuationbet maakt. Het komt ook voor dat een tegenstander v&oacute;&oacute;r jou iets bet. Dit noemen we een \"donkbet\". Hoe je daarmee omgaat hangt af van de hoogte van die bet.<\/p><ul class=\"emoList1\">\n<li> <b>Je hebt &eacute;&eacute;n tegenstander en hij bet weinig, in verhouding tot de pot (vaak 1-3 BB).<\/b>\n<p class=\"emoNormal\">Deze bet geeft meestal een zwakke tot matige hand weer. Heeft je \ttegenstander een erg kleine stack (minder dan 2,5 keer de pot), dan \tloont een bluf niet. Hij voelt zich meestal potcommitted en zal \tnauwelijks nog iets opgeven. In dit geval speelt je alleen made hands \ten sterke draws verder en raiset daarmee.<\/p>\n<p class=\"emoNormal\">Heeft je tegenstander een middelgrote \ttot grote stack, dan kun je vaak ook met zwakkere handen raisen. Hij \tmag natuurlijk niet al te loose zijn en je moet er zeker van zijn dat \thij zoiets niet doet om een raise uit te lokken. Bij een \ttight-aggressive-speler waarbij deze manier van spelen niet standaard \tis, kan een kleine inzet ook een val zijn.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Je hebt &eacute;&eacute;n tegenstander en hij bet relatief hoog<\/b>\n<p class=\"emoNormal\">In dit geval  zou je met sterke draws en made hands vanaf top-pair met hoge kicker raisen en de rest folden.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Je hebt meerdere tegenstanders<\/b>\n<p class=\"emoNormal\">Bij meerdere tegenstanders zijn blufs niet meer aan de orde. Over het \talgemeen raise je met sterke made hands en sterke draws. Met zwakke \tdraws en middelmatige made hands (zwak top-pair of een middlepair) kun \tje vaak een kleine inzet nog callen, maar heb je niets getroffen dan \tfold je.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"emoNormal\">Moeilijker wordt de situatie wanneer v&oacute;&oacute;r je een tweede speler nog raiset. In dit geval zijn meestal alleen sterke made hands vanaf two pair en sterke combidraws (vooral flushdraw+OESD) nog goed winstgevend te spelen. na een inzet en een raise kun je ook top-pairs en zelfs een overpair azen folden. Het hangt natuurlijk van de spelers en de communitycards af.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">De tweede speler toont veel sterkte. Wanneer hij erg agressief is hoeft dat nog niet veel te betekenen. Zijn er veel draws mogelijk? Je hebt niets getroffen en moet folden. Een bluf tegen twee tegenstanders heeft weinig kans en zou geldverkwisting zijn.<\/p><div class=\"emoSubheadbig\">Wat doe je wanneer iemand reraiset?<\/div><p class=\"emoNormal\">Een andere situatie die je vaker tegenkomt, is die waarin je weliswaar je contibet maakt maar vervolgens door een speler wordt gereraised.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Het zal duidelijk zijn dat je dan alle waardeloze handen, low- en middlepairs en zwakke draws weglegt. Met sterke combidraws, flushdraw + OESD, flushdraw + pair, waarmee je mogelijk drawt naar de nutflush of nutstraight, speel je agressief verder. Wanneer je meer dan twaalf zuivere outs denkt te hebben ga je na een raise all-in.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Heb je alleen een enkele flushdraw, OESD of dubbele gutshot, dan kun je de raise onder bepaalde omstandigheden callen. Dit hangt er van af hoe hoog de raise is. Daarmee zijn we weer bij het thema pot-odds en implied pot-odds aangekomen.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Over het algemeen kun je er van uitgaan dat je op de turn nog ongeveer de helft van de turnpotten zult winnen wanneer je de draw hit. Als vuistregel geldt daarom: Je kunt de raise callen wanneer je niet meer dan 3\/4 van de actuele pot (inclusief alle inzetten en de raise van de tegenstander) hoeft te betalen.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Bij passieve tegenstanders waarbij een raise veel sterkte aangeeft, of bij erg slechte tegenstanders, kun je er van uitgaan dat je in latere inzetrondes nog meer geld zult winnen. Daarom kun je tegen hen ook een inzet ter hoogte van de hele pot callen.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Heb je een made hand vanaf een top-pair, dan is de flop interessant. Zijn er veel mogelijkheden voor flush- of straightdraws, dan zou je met je erg sterke handen meteen reraisen. Misschien herinner je de eerste regel nog: grote potten voor sterke handen, kleine potten voor zwakke handen. De pot is groot en je hand te zwak, dus is verderspelen niet winstgevend.<\/p><h1 align=\"left\">Hoe speel je op de turn?<\/h1><p class=\"emoNormal\">Op de turn moet je de hand opnieuw waarderen. Blijft hij sterk, kun je verbeteren of is hij nu waardeloos? Kan een tegenstander op de turn misschien een draw van hebben getroffen?<\/p><ul class=\"emoList1\">\n<li>Met sterke made hands speel je aggressief verder.<\/li>\n<li>Heb je op de flop gebluft, dan geef je op de turn op. <\/li>\n<li>Heb je een sterke draw, dan kun je bij &eacute;&eacute;n tegenstander agressief verder spelen, bij meerdere tegenstanders alleen passief.<\/li>\n<li>Met sterke pairs bet je, maar je kunt bij ongevaarlijke communitycards ook checken en een inzet callen.<\/li>\n<li>Komt \ter een mogelijke draw aan, dan wordt je voorzichtiger. Dat is een speelwijze die je jezelf nooit moet aanleren.<\/p><div class=\"emoSubheadbig\">Sterke draws speel je passief<\/div><p class=\"emoNormal\">Heb je een sterke draw, dan kun je tegen meerdere tegenstanders niet winstgevend agressief spelen. Je checkt en kijkt of er iemand bet. Gebeurt dat, dan kun je de pot-odds berekenen en zo vaststellen of een call loont, of dat je beter kunt folden.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Tegen slechts &eacute;&eacute;n tegenstander kan een bet nog lonen. Dit kan alleen wanneer er een goede kans bestaat dat hij daarna opgeeft. Een uitzondering kom je tegen bij duidelijke \tloose-aggressive-spelers, de zogenaamde \"maniacs\".&nbsp; Deze zijn zo \tagressief dat ze ook op de turn vaak met slechtere made hands, draws of \tzelfs pure blufs raisen. In het voorbeeld laten de communitycards wel een gutshotdraw als mogelijkheid over, maar je hoeft je hand op deze turn niet te beschermen.<\/p><p class=\"emoListintro\">Wanneer je checkt gebeurt het volgende:<\/p><ul class=\"emoList1\">\n<li>Heeft je tegenstander een betere hand, dan betaal je hem daar weinig voor. Je houdt de pot klein.<\/li>\n<li>Heeft \tje tegenstander een slechtere hand, misschien een gutshot, een slechter \tpair azen, een pair achten of een ander pair, dan zal hij vaak folden \tna jouw bet. Check je, dan ziet hij dat als zwakte en kan hij op de \triver nog betten als bluf of omdat hij gelooft de betere hand te \thebben. Bet hij niet, dan zal hij misschien eerder een bet van jou \tcallen.<\/li>\n<\/ul><p class=\"emoNormal\">Een speciale situatie ontstaat wanneer op de turn een draw van de flop compleet wordt. Lagen er op de flop bijvoorbeeld twee kaarten van &eacute;&eacute;n soort en op de turn komt de derde, dan moet je de hand opnieuw overdenken. Het is goed mogelijk dat je tegenstander je nu heeft ingehaald. Hier is het vaak ook een optie om met iets sterkere handen, die geen verbeteringsmogelijkheden meer hebben, te betten en op een eventuele raise te folden.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Met handen die zich nog kunnen verbeteren, zoals een pair met een sterke flushdraw, kun je checken en een bet callen wanneer je geen positie hebt, of checken en op de river een bet callen wanneer je wel positie hebt.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Wanneer je tegenstander op de turn bet voordat jij aan de beurt bent, dan zou je alleen nog moeten raisen met echt sterke made hands, zoals goede two pairs en beter. Kwam er een draw voor een betere hand aan, dan zou je eventueel ook niet meer raisen, maar gewoon callen. Uitzondering is hier wanneer je een three of a kind hebt en er een flush of een straight is aangekomen.<\/p><h1 style=\"margin-top: 24px\" align=\"left\">Hoe speel je op de river?<\/h1><p class=\"emoNormal\">Op de river komt opnieuw de vraag naar voren hoe sterk je hand is. Een van de eerste blikken laat al zien of er een bepaalde draw is aangekomen die je tegenstander gemakkelijk geholpen zou kunnen hebben. Heb je een sterke made hand vanaf two pair en is de kans groot dat je nog voorligt, dan kun je agressief verderspelen.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Heb je alleen een top-pair of overpair en daarmee gebet op de flop en turn, dan zou je af moeten zien van een bet op de river. Dit geldt niet wanneer je tegenstander loose of gewoon slecht is. Bij alle andere tegenstanders zou je liever checken en alleen nog een eventuelen inzet callen. Dit is vooral zinvol wanneer op de flop bijvoorbeeld een flushdraw mogelijk was, die tot de river niet is gevallen. Heb je op de flop en turn gebet, dan kun je op de river checken wanneer je tegenstander agressief genoeg is om met een niet aangekomen flushdraw te bluffen.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Verschijnt er een draw en heeft je tegenstander positie op je, dan is het beter om te betten en na een raise te folden. Hierdoor krijg je misschien nog geld van slechtere made hands waarmee je tegenstander anders geen geld meer zou investeren. Tegen agressieve spelers kun je ook checken en een bet callen. Zou de speelwijze van je tegenstander te sterk aangeven dat je bent verslagen, dan kun je natuurlijk ook altijd opgeven.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Over het algemeen wordt op de river weinig gebluft. Wanneer dus op de river een flush valt, jij bet en een tegenstander raiset, dan kun je er behoorlijk zeker van zijn dat hij deze ook heeft en moet je dus meestal folden.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Met two pair en beter zou je hier nog eenmaal betten, om daarmee je tegenstander de mogelijkheid te geven om te callen met een slechtere hand. Je zet dan op de river ook niet meer zoveel als op de flop en turn, daar je de hand niet meer hoeft te beschermen. Meestal bet je dan ongeveer een halve pot. Je kunt ook proberen om de river met een kleine bet te spelen. Raiset je tegenstander, dan fold je. Op deze manier zou hij eventueel nog kunnen callen met&nbsp; slechtere handen. Je houdt de prijs voor de showdown klein en wanneer hij raiset is een bluf onwaarschijnlijk.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Aan de andere kant is de kans op een bluf al klein. Hij callde tenslotte op flop en turn. Wanneer hij op de river bet, dan heeft hij ook iets, terwijl jij nauwelijks iets verslaat. De meeste spelers zullen in deze situatie niet betten met een slechter pair, maar blij zijn om de showdown te zien.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Wanneer ze betten hebben ze een straight, een flush, of in het beste geval een three of a kind, of gewoon een bluf. Je hebt preflop geraised en op een ongevaarlijke flop een top-pair met middelsterke kicker getroffen. Je bet en &eacute;&eacute;n tegenstander callt.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Op de turn verandert er nauwelijks iets. Je tegenstander checkt en jij checkt ook. Op een ongevaarlijke river bet hij en jij callt. Je bet op de flop, je checkt op de turn en callt een bet op de river. Let goed op dit verloop.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">In dit voorbeeld moet je de turn niet uitbetten, behalve tegen erg slechte spelers. Anders druk je alleen alle handen eruit die je verslaat. Een negen speelt door en misschien ook een koning. De flushdraw kun je verwaarlozen, daar hij pas op de turn verschijnt en nauwelijks een verbinding heeft met kaarten waarmee je tegenstander op de flop zou callen.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Je hoeft je hand niet te beschermen en je kunt op deze manier je tegenstander nog proberen uit te lokken tot een inzet op de river met een slechtere hand. Tegelijkertijd houd je de pot klein voor het geval dat je achter ligt.<\/p><h1 style=\"margin-top: 24px\" align=\"left\">Slot<\/h1><p class=\"emoNormal\">Gecontroleerd agressief positiespel is de sleutel tot succes in No-Limit Hold'em. Daarom is de meest voorkomende en belangrijkste spelsituatie die, waarin je preflop geraised hebt en zo als preflopagressor in de inzetrondes vanaf de flop komt.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Een daarbij veel voorkomende vraag is die van de continuationbet. De basisprincipes heb je in dit artikel leren kennen. Bet altijd met sterke made hands en sterke draws en neem een bedrag tussen een halve en een hele pot.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Verder speel je draws passief. De basis daarvoor heb je leren kennen in de artikelen over pot-odds en implied pot-odds. Bluf nooit tegen meer dan twee tegenstanders of tegen loose spelers die niet kunnen folden.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Op de turn geef je een bluf op, maar met sterke made hands bet je verder. Met draws speel je passief naar pot-odds, met uitzondering van een gunstige gelegenheid met een sterke draw bij &eacute;&eacute;n tegenstander. Met pairs bet je zonder positie eerder, terwijl je in positie bij drawvrije communitycards ook eenmaal alleen zou kunnen checken.<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Op de river kun je dan een inzet callen. Heb je echter op flop en turn met een pair gebet, dan bet je in positie niet meer op de river, maar check je (behalve bij slechte spelers).<\/p><p class=\"emoNormal\">Heb je waarschijnlijk de beste hand, dan speel je op de river natuurlijk agressief verder. Je maakt alleen de grootte van je bet kleiner.
