Bij de weak draws behoren draws als gutshots en zwakke flush- en
\nstraightdraws. Je hebt meestal niet zoveel outs als bij 'normale' of
\n'sterke' draws en kunt er niet zeker van zijn dat je de beste hand hebt
\nwanneer de draw aankomt.<\/p>

De zwakke straightdraw is een one-card-straightdraw, wat de implieds tegen denkende spelers dramatisch verkleint, daar de aankomende straight voor deze te vanzelfsprekend is. Toch kun je ze ondanks dat, winstgevend spelen tegen callingstations en fish. <\/p>

Hier krijgt Hero een freeplay in de BB, na een limper. Op de flop treffen we een OESD. De limper minbet op ons in. Normaal gezien zou je hier folden omdat op de flop de pot-odds niet goed genoeg zijn om winstgevend op onze OESD te drawen en we er niet van uit kunnen gaan dat we grote implied odds krijgen. Het gaat bij Villain echter om een absoluut callingstation. Hij callt dus veel te grote bets, met veel te zwakke handen en gaat veel te vaak naar de showdown. Dit betekent voor ons dat we in deze situatie op meer implied odds kunnen rekenen dan tegen een TAG het geval zou zijn. Hij zal zijn TP, two pair of set zeker niet kunnen loslaten en daarom kunnen we er nog op rekenen een grotere bet van hem op de turn en river te krijgen, wat een call hier op de flop in ieder geval rechtvaardigt. <\/p>

Dezelfde hand, maar een ander scenario. Nadat we weer in de big blind een freeplay hebben gekregen, floppen we opnieuw onze OESD. Er zijn preflop nog twee limpers in de hand gestapt. De MP2 maakt weer een minbet en omdat deze door beide limpers wordt betaald, kunnen we hier zelfs nog zonder implied odds op onze OESD drawen. Het verschil met het eerste scenario is dat we hier noch reads noch stats nodig hebben of implieds te kunnen inschatten.
