Turnieje rozgrywane na WCOOP oraz SCOOP są dostępne dla wszystkich graczy, którzy mają konta na prawdziwe pieniądze na PokerStars. Inaczej sprawa się ma w przypadku RCOOP, ponieważ poszczególne fazy są dostępne wyłącznie dla graczy z danego regionu, których jest 13.
