W 2009 roku po mistrzowski tytuł sięgnął Francuz Adrien Allain. W turnieju wystartowało 326 osób, zaś nagroda główna wyniosła niemal 400 000 $. Na drugim miejscu uplasował się Australijczyk David Steicke, zaś JC Tran był trzeci.<\/p>
W ubiegłym roku najbardziej znanym pokerzystą obecnym na starcie APT Macau był bez wątpienia Johnny Chan, który zresztą znalazł się w turniejowej kasie.
