\"\"Na swoim blogu<\/a> profesor Rose przygląda się między innymi amerykańskiemu ustawodawstwu w perspektywie ostatnich wydarzeń. Opisuje on, że w tym przypadku nie powinno mieć to zastosowania, ponieważ ustawa odnosi się tylko do zakładów w zawodach sportowych. Z tego powodu zarzuty wobec platform pokerowych bazują na oszustwach bankowych, praniu brudnych pieniędzy oraz wręczania łapówek bankom.<\/p>

Uważa, że możemy się w przyszłości spodziewać procesu sądowego, w momencie gdy osoby przebywające poza USA powrócą do kraju, aby mogły uczestniczyć w rozprawie sądowej.<\/p>

Ekstradycja oskarżonych może mieć miejsce tylko wtedy, gdy zarzuty wobec danej osoby naruszają prawo USA oraz kraju, w którym oskarżony się znajduje.<\/p>

Aktualnie tego typu porozumienie zezwalające na ekstradycję za \"nielegalny hazard\" występuje tylko pomiędzy USA i Hong Kongiem. Zdaniem Rose'a wszystkie inne zarzuty wymierzone w pozwanych są wynikiem nielegalnego hazardu.<\/p>

Według prof. Nelsone'a Rose'a jest mało prawdopodobne, aby amerykański wymiar sprawiedliwości domagał się przyznania do winy oskarżonych. Skutkowałoby to tym, że dana platforma nie miałaby możliwości uzyskania licencji w USA w przyszłości, kiedy prawo amerykańskie zalegalizuje pokera.<\/p>
