Zbiorowa akcja przeciwko Full Tilt Poker<\/h2>

Pokerzyści Steve Segal, Nick Hammer, Robin Hougdahl oraz Todd Terry złożyli zbiorowy pozew<\/a> przeciwko wielu podmiotom związanym z Full Tilt Poker. Celem tego jest odzyskanie około 150 000 000 $, które znajdują się na zablokowanych od 15 kwietnia kontach amerykańskich graczy.<\/p>

W tego typu pozwie, większa grupa ludzi kolektywnie wytacza jedną sprawę. Tutaj mamy do czynienia z czterema panami, którzy pozwali Full Tilt Poker reprezentując wszystkich amerykańskich graczy, którzy znaleźli się w podobnej sytuacji. <\/p>

W pozwie znalazły się również nazwiska niemal całego Teamu Full Tilt. Oskarżeni są Howard Lederer, Phil Ivey, Chris Ferguson, John Juanda, Jennifer Harman, Phil Gordon, Erick Lindgren, Erik Seidel, Andy Bloch, Mike Matusow, Gus Hansen, Allen Cunningham oraz Patrik Antonius.<\/p>

Tom Dwan jest jedynym członkiem Teamu Full Tilt, który nie znalazł się w zasięgu pozwu. <\/p>

Oskarżonym zarzuca się niezgodne z prawem zablokowanie dostępu graczom do ich funduszy oraz wprowadzenie ich w błąd z uwagi na prowadzenie nielegalnych transakcji finansowych należącymi do klientów poker roomu pieniędzmi.<\/p>

Full Tiltowi zarzuca się również nielegalne działania poker roomu na terenie Stanów Zjednoczonych, które spowodowały szkody dla klientów z tego kraju. <\/p>

Nie ma jeszcze żadnych informacji o tym, jak ten pozew wpłynie na całą nagonkę na Full Tilt Poker<\/a>, ani o tym, czy w przypadku zwrócenia graczom ich środków, pozew zostanie wycofany, czy nie.<\/p>

Ivey wycofuje oskarżenia<\/h2>

Z danych Clark County Courthouse wynika, że pozew Phila Iveya przeciwko Tiltware LLC został wycofany dobrowolnie przez samego gwiazdora. Oficjalnie miało to miejsce 30 czerwca. <\/p>

W zeszłym tygodniu adwokat Iveya David Chesnoff powiedział reporterom Los Angeles Times, że Ivey zdecydował się na cofnięcie pozwu, kiedy poczuł, że Full Tilt Poker podjął konkretne działania w celu spłacenia swoich graczy. <\/p>
