Podczas finalizacji transakcji Shuffle Master zapłaci za sieć Ongame 19,5 mln € w gotówce, natomiast kolejne 10 mln € zostanie przekazane spółce bwin.party Services GmbH w ciągu 5 lat działalności Ongame na amerykańskim rynku. Jeśli nie wystąpią żadne nieprzewidziane utrudnienia, to transakcja ma zostać dopięta na ostatni guzik przed końcem 2012 roku.<\/p>
