Pokerowe sesje to wiele godzin spędzonych przed komputerem, a niestety długie siedzenie w jednej pozycji i brak ruchu nie są zdrowe. Dlatego warto w swoim planie dnia zarezerwować trochę czasu na uprawianie jakiegoś sportu.
