\nZainteresowani zapewne wiedzą, że w niedzielę oficjalnie przerwano turniej LAPT w meksykańskim Nuevo Vallarta. Okoliczności przedwczesnego zakończenia imprezy były bardzo tajemnicze, zapewne wiele osób czekało na oficjalne wyjaśnienia ze strony PokerStars.<\/font><\/font><\/p>

Oczywiście PokerStars umywa ręce i informuje, że z ich strony wszystko było zorganizowane jak należy. Winą za zaistniałą sytuację został obarczony meksykański partner PokerStars, który to organizował opisywane rozgrywki właśnie na zlecenie pokerowego giganta.

Jak się okazało, przyczyną odwołania turnieju były problemy natury prawnej. Oczywiście PokerStars zastrzega, że oni jako firma zawsze dokładają wszelkich starań, aby każdy turniej naziemny rozgrywany pod ich szyldem był organizowany w zgodzie z lokalnym prawem. Ponoć podobnie miało być i tym razem, jednak coś nie wypaliło i na turniej LAPT w Nuevo Vallarta, mówiąc kolokwialnie, wpadła skarbówka i rozgoniła towarzystwo.<\/p>

A ubierając to w bardziej oficjalne słowa, PokerStars informuje, że partner LAPT w Meksyku otrzymał formalne orzeczenie sądowe z meksykańskiego Ministerstwa Spraw Wewnętrznych (SEGOB) zawierające zgodę na organizację turnieju. Ponieważ, zdaniem PokerStars, LAPT spełnił wszystkie reguły określone w meksykańskim prawie federalnym odnośnie gier i loterii, prawdziwe przyczyny zawieszenia turnieju nie są znane dla firmy PokerStars i badają je prawnicy.<\/p>

Ciekawe, jak sprawa się zakończy. Całkiem możliwe, że jeszcze PokerStars będzie żądać od kogoś odszkodowania za przerwanie dobrze zapowiadającej się imprezy. Zapewne takie wydarzenia szargają, być może niesłusznie, dobre imię firmy, szczególnie na meksykańskim rynku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
